Black Kid may spend 2 to 8 years in prison for Prank

This kid has great grades never been in trouble before no record at all. And there talking about putting this kid away for years for a prank.

Of course the prosecutor is a republican the news station did a poll on face book.

Right wing assholes on face book voted for the kid to do the full 8 years and some actually said the kid needs counseling.

Our you kidding me counseling for a BLOW UP DOLL in the girls bathroom every time I hear blow up doll in girls bathroom I laugh.

I wish I had thought of that prank back in the day but of course we know why this kid is facing so much time because he's black this is ridiculous this shit still goes on.

Come on I really don't want to go into the political realm with this but you know there's a history of conservative prosecutors over charging black suspects.

 

What?lol of course a judge will convict black or white suspect regardless of their political affiliations it's there job.

I'm talking about republican prosecutors going after black suspects and over charging them.

I mean a punishment should fit the crime do you really think this young black kid should do 2 to 8 years in prison for a prank?

 

If that's not the most ridiculous thing on the planet. Rapists and child sex offenders get a lesser sentence than that.

As for political affiliations, it's not fair to jump on the ALL bandwagon. I'd say most conservative Republicans would fit that description. However, there are exceptions to that rule and one notable one would be Charlie Crist, former Governor of Florida. He was an attorney that really helped blacks on many issues, especially when it comes to foreclosures.

He may have been a moderate-conservative, but he's also demonstrated a lot of care for his constituents even after assuming Governorship. There's a good reason why blacks in Florida referred to him as Florida's "first black governor." I may not agree with all of his policies, but I still hold respect for him.

They're trying to set an example and the example is ALWAYS set with black kids. Fucking disgusting. The fact they were willing to charge him a felony is sooo beyond fucked up. Now they hire people if you have an arrest record let alone a conviction so now at 18 his life is down the shitter. Down right disgusting. If he had been a white kid he would definitely gotten a reduced charge like trespassing a stern warning and counseling and maybe probation. That's it.

 

This or just an in school suspension. And to LA, you can blame the overall judicial system for all this.

 

He didn't get arrested for putting a blow-up doll in the girls bathroom. He got arrested for wearing suspicious attire, sneaking onto school grounds, and placing a suspicious package in the bathroom. He was picked up by school security cameras and the school had to be evacuated. The bomb squad was called in. The school is claiming that the cost of the evacuation was $8,000, which is why it's a felony mischief charge.

 

Dude study after study shows that blacks are disproportionately more likely to be given longer sentences and the death penalty compared to whites. Fam just google it.

That is their mistake based on an over reaction. He should be punished more harshly because they thought wrong?
