Jack kevorkian (Angel of death), the Armenian Assisted sucide doctor died of natural cause. I heard he was fighting to the last minute. The irony of life, the guy who created a name for himself by doing assisted suicide fought for his life till the last minute and went out with natural cause.

I don't know if it helps, but this is what I found:

To dream that you are burying a living person, signifies emotional turmoil. Alternatively, it suggests that you are being buried by problems and stresses of your waking life.

Not sure about the fighting part..His lawyer in a press conference stated that he was very ill and weak the last several weeks of his life in a hospital suffering from kidney and breathing issues (a blood clot claimed him)..and that had he had the strength to have taken his own life, he most likely would have.

You're welcome, Christine. I'm glad it wasn't as bad as you thought. Nightmares can really affect us sometimes. I had one not long ago that my son died & a good friend who is awaiting a kidney transplant received one of my son's kidneys. It was scary & it really freaked me out.

Im not getting into the kevorkian debate but Sometimes we fight or protect what we see as the right for people to do things even if it's not the choice we would make for ourselves.

Agreed, I have got no issues for the svc he was providing. Just an observation how he went out.

Has anyone used Groupon? How in the fuck did the fucker from a small apartment in Chicago come up with the idea that sounds ridiculously stupid, and in 3 years time got 83 million customers and now his company is worth 30 Billion dollars, yep that's right, 30 billions $$$$$$$..... All the company does is sell discounted coupons via email. Fucken amazing!!!!!!!!!!! I am reasonably intelligent guy but I am having a very difficult time to grasp this rapid growth. How in the fuck did this company made this much money in a short period of time???? This just blows my fucken mind. Maybe I am just stupid after all, 30 billion in 3 yrs, wow just wow.

While discounts are good, the reality is that it actually hurt businesses as oppose to helping them. Here is another link for more information.

But my question is how did the company get to sky rocket to 30 billion dollars in 3 yrs????? That is phenomenal. From what I heard the company (market) only exist in a few cities in America and 1 foreign country (Russia). That is a crazy amount of number they have generated in a short period of time. For those of you who own a small business or run a biz for someone else would you use Groupon and why???
The way I understand the model- for example, a $40 tanning could be purchased by the consumer from the website for $20. That is, the salon provides the tan valued at $40 for $ 20 and then Groupon and the salon would split the $20. At the end the store only gets $10, so the salon is selling their product/service at 75 % less. So why the salon/store wouldn’t market their service or product themselves and by pass the groupon??? Also how come other companies did not topple Groupon????

the demographic for groupon groupies is women 30-50 with disposable income...this is an ideal way to direct market to this demographic...the first visit is the hook so even if they don't make any money at least someone came through their doors...in this tough economy the service industry has suffered greatly...so as soon as i get my groupon email my gfs and i discuss which ones we will buy coupons for and plan out our calendars...

advertising costs sometimes do not fit into a small business budget...plus there is no way to measure the results...with groupon you know exactly how many coupons sold and once you get the client in the door they have an opportunity to upsell you...i buy an hour massage...call to make an appointment and she upsells me to hour + half and adds hot stones...
