Ernestine Shepard is 74, a grandmother, bodybuilder and trainer. She runs 10 miles a day in addition to her weight training schedule. She's 5'5", weighs 120 lbs. and can bench 150 lbs. Yes, she looks great for a woman of any age. So much for the idea that women can't be fit at 50, or even 74.
She certainly is. Watching that clip choked me up actually, she’s amazing. Whenever I get concerned about aging I think of women like her and it really does put a positive perspective on things

Well, apparently she's married to a very nice black gentleman who even prepares some of her food for her...I'm sure that her genetics and discipline have the most to do with her success, but...just saying...
