So now I'm a whore? Go eat a dick, make sure its a white one we dont want ya catching any black germs. Have a nice day.
lippy has a question...do the aborigines date ww? i keep hearing the aussie women say that there are no bm in australia...perhaps lippy needs a history lesson here...would the aborigines be equal to say the american indian here in the states...in the way they live (not race or tribe)
There's a far greater cultural divide. It's very complex and there are a multitude of contributing factors but it's rare for Aboriginal Australians and White Australians to mix socially. A gap that I would like to see bridged. I'm not even too sure about how Native Americans live to make a comparison, but the majority of Aboriginal people live in isolated areas and follow a largely different way of life than most white people are comfortable with. Of course I'm speaking generally, and there are definitely Aboriginal people living "mainstream" lives so to speak. We have quite a few prominent Aboriginal 'celebrities', and many Aboriginal representatives in high power positions. There are also a large number of Aboriginal people who have completed higher education and are now working with the communities to try and improve quality of life. So in terms of interracial dating, it does happen, but it's not common.
thanks for answering whiks...american indians for the most part live on reservations...of course there are those that go mainstream as well...i guess i was curious why the aussie women here do not date the aboriginal bm...
In WA aboriginal n white people mix. There are a lot of interacial couples. All my aboriginal friends are harworking people, that is why i got so pissed off about that video and the remarks. I'm not saying the whole race is perfect, but no race is. I just didnt like how they were portrayed in the video.
You're right, Perth is a lot different to east coast cities in that way. But I guess what I was getting at is that even up in areas like the Kimberley where white people and Aboriginal people live together, there's still a huge cultural divide. It's unavoidable. And yes, the video made me sick.
The kimberley region definitley has issues. But because i dont see that, i go with what i know and i know good people.
Ok doky, happy laboring. BTW maybe you Aussie folks can educate me on this. I read a while back ago Aboriginals have dark skin but not "black" per se. They were more related to Indians and south pacifics than African blacks. I heard some of them don't like it to be referred as blacks, and the youngins do coz of hip hop culture and so on. I dunno.
