With Latvia having to fight against the slumps of socioeconomic turmoil, it's only natural that they would resort of the number one defense: blonde women. Yes, there's an organization called The Latvian Association of Blondes and it brought out nearly 500 participants, with most coming from all areas of Italy, New Zealand, Latvia and other locations where the blonde beauties will come out of their shells and promote peace and better times in all good, faithful notions. If this happened in America every chick who wasn't blonde or white would cry over the lack of "diversity."

LOL i aint, i just aint too fond of such blondes, they thought they were better then alot of brunettes etc back in the day when i was in college etc, now they dyin out (or were suposiddly) and they had the nerve to try and complain about red heads having their own march and day not long ago

A friend studying in Poland actually told me there are very hot women in eastern europe who like black guys and they were not too fussy and actually laugh at jokes and not be so stuck up which is rare.

That is pretty much true. Eastern European women are pretty open to dating blacks in general. But it depends on certain locations. Latvia tend to be friendly and so are Ukraine, Serbia, and Bosnia.
