Yea, I guess it's OK for someone to have their own opinion and disagree with my methods....even though I've had years of success training myself and others.

Even though on DEDICATED lifting forums I've shared advice thats helped numerous people.

I just find it funny because it NEVER would have occurred to me to disagree with anyone else's tips or methods if what they do WORKS for them and gives us new ideas to try..but I guess no one else see's it that way.

I don't get along with any of you people.

your right and I should have known better than to join this site.

Yep, and it's fine with me. I think that we will continue to get along fine without the prima donna. Even in saying he's going he's still trying to explain why HE thinks that he's right, pretty funny actually.

Post your advice and tips blackbrah, I'm always interested in learning new things and you don't have to worry about me telling you that YOUR way is wrong.

I little bit off topic...I don't power lift, but I love to use resistance bands when I lift.

your not off topic at all, how do you apply them to your training ?

I try to incorporate them in all my free weight work (Bench, incline, decline, skull crushers, even on curls with the curl bar), I use them in some of my kettle bell work (when it's really explosive moves where you need to cross your body or such, it may not e a good idea, but I definitely try). I may not use them right away though, I'll weight a second after I've moved up weight for a particular lift. I'm looking for new ways to use the bands.

awesome Fresh, I never thought to use bands for Curls or KB work !

Your gonna have to post a video using them with KB training.

I'm going to try using the bands with the fixed barbells and see if I can do some explosive type curls.

    thanks

    keep em' coming !!
