Most people CAN'T. The human body, for many people, isn't built to have a six pack..which is why they're coveted (by some- not me. Six packs aren't a turn on for me...I kind of think hard muscles are gross). Anyway, that's where those companies came in- providing little extra boosts of whatever to help you try to get the cut you want.

You might be able to, BMJ..and good for you. But, anyone who has to spend more time than they do at work at the gym to get the six pack needs to accept that it's not meant to be.

What are you talking about woman? I've posted pics before. I'm working on my six pack for my trip to Jamaica in September. I don't usually do shirtless pics because I work in a facility with kids.
