thinking about him, hulk hogan, ted dibase, Mean Gene...brings back good memories of my childhood, huddled around the TV with my family watching them wrestle. who could forget attempting leg drops, boston crabs, and faux elbow dives on their cousins afterwards
Oh yeah...way back when Wrestling was actually entertaining to watch. WCW vs. WWF vs. ECW... Those were the days.
lol dont even get me started on ECW... staying up late to watch it on some off-brand, fuzzy D-list public network station in Philly (back in the mid-90s, it didnt come on channels like ABC or FOX), allowed me to catch mothafuckas stealing shit out of my backyard. Sandman, JustInCredible, Tommy Dreamer...to think the shit was founded in Philly...explains why it was so ghetto and full of blood.
I had to catch that stuff off of public broadcasting and it was an interesting 30 minutes. The Pay-Per-View events were just...mad. But was it necessary to include the sexual acts? They were too forced.
lol ECW was raw gutter...to be honest i enjoyed it more over bigger names like WWF-WCW back in the 90s. I liked it's dirtyness. I mean seriously, who can forget the barbed wire matches lol. that looks like Sabu in the wires...that shit used to be awesome.
One thing I liked about Sabu was his intro theme. Do you have it shoveled anywhere! And pure sickness with him and Taz.
Taz's intro was bad 'i dont need a weapon, my hands are my weapon' he was a very skilled wrestler i remember the shit he had going on with Sabu too i remember Tommy and Beulah also...ugly name but she wasnt bad looking
