Do You Suffer From Painful Heavy Periods?

I use to suffer from very painful periods. The first two days were really rough and the periods were heavy. This went on for several years. The pain would be so bad the first day that many times I could hardly stand. I was practically bedridden...couldn't work or go to school.

If you can relate to what I am talking about, I have some good news. Three years ago, I had the pleasure of speaking with an herbalist. She told me about Shepherd's Purse extract. She said to put a dropper full in a 1/4 glass of water. Do this once a day until it is gone. Do this once every 3 months and you will never have another heavy period. In fact, there was a friend of mine who was in need of having her uterus removed because she had fibroid tumors. I shared this with her. She begin to see a difference within weeks. This happened over 2 years ago and to this day she has NO pain or heavy periods and the fibroid tumors are gone. Shepherd's purse is a liquid extract which can be purchased on ebay for about $15 including shipping. If you are using prescription drugs to control your heavy periods, you should consider SP because it will not only bring relief but it actually cures the problem.:) I have absolutely no pain at all or heavy periods. You owe it to yourself to see if it works for you.

Do these heavy periods lead some women to 'pmsing' or that is just on its own and has nothing to do it?

pms = premenstrual tension, so you get moody, tired & very emotional before the actual period (let's not forget cramping & breast swelling and soreness)

PMS, although a part of a womans "period" (to differing degrees depending on the woman in question) doesn't have anything to do with how heavy the flow is. It's just the hormonal changes that a woman's body has to go through each cyle that cause PMS.
Personally, I very rarely suffer from PMS/cramps/tenderness etc. And that's as much as I'll share, because this is a horrible topic that I hate discussing. LOL

So this happens before the "load" is shed :D

wow, all these a woman has to experience? Good to know. I hear when the mood comes, it is not the best period to be near woman :D Is that true?

Tarshi, tell me ...how does one help a woman during this period? You going to be my instructor today;)

I have always been curious about the percentage of women that usually have it. The cramps and the pms. The mood swings of women tend to affect some guys.

indeed pms happens before the actual period. every woman has different levels of pms to no pms (like sin). i take evening primrose oil capsules which i find helps greatly with pms.

oh & there really isn't anything you can do to help a woman during pms, just stay out of her way, be aware that she may be uncomfortable and emotional, don't bug her, argue with her, and be the good man that you are

And NEVER......EVER ask a woman if she's got her period or has PMS, just because she's acting a little grumpy or emotional. :smt018 It's rude, disrespectful and, above all, suicidal. :smt043

The joys of a PMS Bukakke Shower, being smeared and drenched in period juice and catching the rage of embroiled dames striking ye with the fist and might of Mother Nature! Oh what a joy, indeed!

So using a tampon bears no significance in this epidemic?

No tampons have nothing to do with anything.

Go to a reliable source and look up what PMS means. The key letter and word will be the P.
