Saw Black in Latin America last night. Skip Gates mentioned that cartoon character too and learned that one of the first presidents of the country who was Black also eliminated slavery in Mexico. Vera Cruz was the place where the slave ships landed in that country. Hope others saw this documentary. Gates also mentioned Peru the only country in the Americas who apologized to the Blacks for the discrimination against them since colonial times.

 

Gates has a history of white-washing history when it comes to racism Native Americans have shown against Blacks...no telling what that sissy is leaving out about those "latinos"
