Breast milk ice cream goes on sale in London

Me too. I am a certified germaphobe and I think these things too. Not that I would eat the ice cream to begin with but thinking of those who do.

 

Covent Garden has always got some weird stuff in it, cutting edge food supposedly.....last time I was there a Health food shop was selling Kangaroo meat

i know a few people here who eat skippy & they sell the meat with the angle that its leaner, cheaper and better for you than normal red meat.

 

Hmm...add me to the list that's not disgusted. As long as their isn't unhealthy
side effects associated with using breast milk in such a way, I don't see a problem with it. But than again, I didn't have a problem buying pads for my ex girlfriend so I don't really get grossed out by too much lol.

this is also my line of thought as well db. i don't see how people can think drinking the milk from a cow or a goat is better than drinking the breast milk of a healthy woman...we are human after all, not cows

Having to import it here means its not that cheap I suppose, so why we wanna knock it out I'm not sure.

I'd probably eat it providing it was dressed up in a Curry or something and I was completely ignorant of Skippy being in there. lol

I was watching a program that said because of food resources getting short, we would eventually turn to insects as there population is growing and they provide some stuning nutrients.....apparently!

On Human Planet some kids in the Jungle about 7 or 8 were catching Tarantulas cooking them over a fire and eating them with Chilli...they were lapping them up like a 5 star meal.
Makes you think about the way we view food here.

Interesting topic though. I was thinking about this not so long ago, after my boyfriend made a comment about how he can't wait to get me pregnant (not going to happen) so he can try my breast milk (double not going to happen). I wonder how many men would actually consider this. Apprently it's not that strange to want to try your partners breast milk.

agreed...what is off putting for western society isn't in others. i don't know anyone who would willingly eat cat & dog as we view them as pets. i know a fella who ate sheep testicles and eyes whilst he was in greece.

i know of some men drinking their partners milk during sex...and breastfeeding is quite pleasant so it makes both parties happy

I had sheep testicles while in Greece.. not my fave.. and I had chicken feet and sea urchin dumplings last Sunday... not mu fave either..but hey.. gotta try it.. I think I pass on this tho.

Had cheese made of cow colostrum (wonder if that is anything like human colostrum??)and calf head stew and pigs feet and blood pudding and blood bread as a kid because my adopted grandparents made that stuff and I had no choice...
