Take a look at this PBS Frontline documentary however and get an idea of what they hear in their culture.

An Afghan journalist spent time with some of them and in clip 4 of 5 note how they speak and the propaganda they listen to from Muslim Clerics who utter these ideas at every prayer to them.

"kill the infidels, Jihad, the Americans have raped their chaste women, Death to America, Death to the enemies of Islam, if you die its freedom, if you become a martyr its freedom, if you are successful its freedom, there is no failure on this path, our wives and sisters are raped and if we don't have any feelings about this then what separates us from the non believers."

One thing that I have noticed is that while we attempt to be politically correct in the Western World, individuals who think like Taliban and Al Qaeda, see it as their holy righteousness under Allah vs. our sinful, decadent, non-Islamic Western Culture. They think in terms of Islam vs the infidels.

Doesn't it strike anyone as odd that Muslims can come to Western nations and open a mosque and practice their religion, let a Westerner move to an Arab country and attempt to open up a church and see what happens to that person. That should tell us something right there.

As we see, they don't give a shit about any celebrating - just the fact that we even dared come onto their holy land and kill him while he slept :smt056 (Those bums just love to pile on reasons)
I bet there are frightened peeps already itching to admonish America for now hunting and killing him because "look, it pissed them off.."

 

In Pakistan (go figure), there is a woman right now on death row to be hung because she got into an argument with some other shrill women whom one said that she called out the name of Jesus, which is apparently so blasphemous to Muslims, they're going to kill her.

I hate to break it to you all, but...

...we've ALWAYS been bloodthirsty creatures whenever a figurehead (good or bad) falls. We always celebrate in some form or another, not just in drinking and acting stupid. Even a discussion could be considered celebratory.

In the end its just another case of all of us world wide having more in common than we think. Even the bits we should be ashamed us. Thankfully we have politicians and the media to assist us in making us feel we're justified as a nation in whatever we do collectively.
