Yeah.. this is common these days and leaves not only a women but also men wondering what the..... is going on. People take dating differently and to some they don't even know it's essence.
I agree when you say, guys asks, whether you can grab a beer/drink for may be several reasons among them. interested in you, loves your company, or he just wanted to pass time with an outdoor chat among others. I have a weakness of not beating about the bush when i want something. I have always found myself saying what i want. If I'm interested in a lady, have been that dude.......direct on your face.........I like you lady and would love to take you for out........or ........I'm falling with you lady.....can we have some time and talk about this?.......IF AND ONLY IF IT'S TRUE. If it's not true we i will find a reasonable way and tell you.

"the good ole days?" I guess I'm a dinosaur when it comes to this sort of thing. I still like those things, only out here in the states it's the other way around. Guys ask women out on dates here, at least I do. The problem is not knowing what's on their mind, and them not speaking up or making it known that they are just kicking it. I find that dating to me is a first step in wanting to get with you. I don't date anyone that I don't have intentions to spend longer, and more time with. I really don't like dating, because out here in the good ole U.S. of A. the women like to play the dating game. there's always someone or something else on the side. That's just in my case... it's nice to know that some women... "In Germany" likes the old fashion ways.
