I don't think you have to worry about the folks that don't like you. If any are that smart they would have figured out the whole roach thing without my input but seeing how most of them appear to be not too bright.....

Creepshow..HA!!...."How you doing in there Mr. Pratt?"

No, I wouldn't hold the fear of roaches against you. I understand it too well.

Yeah, there are a couple of dullards running around here, huh. :p

Yeah, I used to watch Creepshow all the time...old Mr. Pratt wasn't doing too well, LOL!

I am deathly grossed out by tent caterpillars, too, swirlman - they are so nasty when squished. :vom:

Also slugs, grubs, or any larvae. I'm with you - would rather pet a python. Animal OR human variety :smt047

Me too, Kaname - I am terrified of large bodies of water - will not swim in them anymore after I saw a pile of snakes and some snapping turtles where I had just been swimming.
Also so how big some of the fish can get in these lakes (giant carp, abandoned pet alligators, anything!!)...if something came up and nibbled me on the toe I would pass out and drown on the spot.

Saint, I'm laughing, but not at you, your description just reminds me of all the bad B-movies I watch. It also made me think about my time in Florida. Most canals and bodies of water have alligators, even around residential areas. I remember watching a guy suit up in scuba gear while I playing golf. He was reclaiming all the golf balls errantly hit into the lake on the course. When he came out I asked if it was dangerous retrieving the balls. He said that he was nibbled at on occasion, like it was no big deal...

I can't light a fire unless it's with one of these:

I'm deathly afraid of fire and burning my fingers with the shorter ones or matches. LOL. I wouldn't make a very good smoker. :smt043

I have a phobia of water where I can't see or touch the bottom. I don't do well in large bodies of water. It has to be a swimming pool.

    I'm sure I have more.

With you on the swimming pool, Bookworm. So sad because I love to swim and burnt my bridge with the only jackass in town (that I know) who has a pool lol.

Some of the brother-lovers around here (unlike the lovely ladies on this site) would turn you gay, they're so ugly. I have got to get out of this neighborhood.

Isn't that short blk guy who is banging tha playmate & ex-GF of Hefner from that show? He used the show for exposure & to get in playboy circle. Shit, I heard he might be going to jail, so Dre get ready to replace him on the show, lol.

Unfortunately the last episode is next week. Damn show has been on for 10 years. I totally forgot about Sam Jones III. That kid was on the show for just 3 years. I gues it was enough to get grade A ass. I wonder who the dude playing Clark Kent is nailing. Damn.

Actually, I'm temporarily staying in a working class/ghetto (both in the same place) neighbourhood between the Highlands (decent) and downtown (not bad). It wasn't really my choice to live here - it was out of desperation at the time.

It's called Germantown (an area of Louisville) and in places can be kind of rough. The projects are just down the street.

Yep, some UGLY white women lol. Scares me too.

Almost every state I go to seems to have a German town. I know there are large number of German Americans in the state. But were there large number of German settlers who came very early on to this country? Just wondering ,what percentage of the early Europeans who came to this country before or during Mayflower ship/Pilgrims were Germans?
    Any history major in here?

It doesn't give percentages, but here's a site that talks about the emigration of Germans:

    Here's another one:

    I wouldn't consider that a phobia.

Nor is this. This is just common sense! LOL.
