Just came home after an afternoon of working out and a deep tissue massage - they messed up my massage appointment (had to wait one hour) so I got a aromatherapy bath before hand. yummm...

My right hand is swollen after that deep tissue massage tho... I think it was a bit too deep. LOL.

I love a good deep tissue massage, but i have never had swelling after one... Probably not a good thing....

How was the aromatherapy bath? I have never had one.

 

i've heard of swelling happening from time to time, never heard of your hands swelling after one though as it's normally swollen around the area that's been worked on the most. hope you went home and iced it gorgeous & it's all better when you wake. :smt058
