Who gives a fuck about his wedding? I don't understand the world obsession with this stupid wedding especially Americans. Wohoo! I can't wait to set my alarm to 4 am EST so I can wake up early eat my twikie and watch the wedding while scratching my balls with so much joy and excitement, LMAO. I have much more respect for J. K. Rowling than the royal family, and I am not even a Harry Potter fan.

When Charles and Di got married they invitied the Reagans(Nancy went because Ron was recovering from the assassination attempt). Yes,I think it is personal of this couple not inviting the Obamas. I wonder if the Black UK paper The Voice thinks of it? Bosox is right proacal was broken when the Obamas are concerned. I don't understand all this attention to this wedding by American media and a scant mention of this snub. I'm glad I watch Morning Joe which seldom mentions the wedding.

There are more important things in the world than the Obamas not being invited to this wedding. Boo hoo hoo hoo fucking hoo! Stop your fucking crying already. Geez.

I didn't say they were, I'm telling you these are the feelings of a large percentage of the British public. It can't be denied that many government decisions made by the British government in recent years have been guided by the hand of America, many have not been beneficial to us as a country(tbh they have to be weighed against the enormous benefit of being allied with the US).

My apologies if you found my post offensive, but if you did it's because you are reading something that isn't there and I would ask you to read it again.

I'm aware that British politics is not really of interest to any other countries, but it is relevant here.

My only point is that protocal was broken on both brits and yanks at this wedding, maybe brits are the bitch at the present time due to the guilt of what they raked in from the colonies, and now those folks are coming to settle your island. some have migrated to my island and we refuse to give them the guilt treatment the brits have because the brits colonized us too...we fought and bleed for freedom and never colonized anyone so immigrants play by our rules. I find it ironic that brits can whine about being the bitch to the US when for 300 years they made the rest of the world their bitch. remember "the sun never sets on the British Empire". karma sucks. But in the case of the Obamas, Brown , and Blair, it is bad manners not to extend an invite... Not blaming W and K personally, but fire their secretaries asses :)

    What do you mean protocal?

If this was an official state occassion then yes, but as William is only 2nd in line to the throne it isn't an official occassion, so there is no requirement to invite people outside the Commonwealth, so........no protocal was or has ever been broken.

It's called courtesy damn Bug. What's crazy is all of you Brits don't see the obvious and blatant racism on this one. Obama is the leader of biggest nation on earth and he doesn't get an invite. The US is their number one allie. Just odd to me that don't get invited but the President of France does, shit even the Beckhams. Eh whatever I'm not gonna sleep over this bs.

The president of France didn't get an invite.

&We're not seeing the racism because it's not a racist move.

    I don't believe it's a racist move either.

By the way, my brother-in-law's rich client was invited. But only the wife and not her husband. She's some Ambassador to something or another. LOL.

    Lucky!

According to a couple of websites he was but I could be wrong. When the leader of the free world isn't invited to an event that pop stars athletes and other world leaders are being invited to then whats that? It could be them not wanting to share the spotlight but I guess its my knee jerk reaction to notice obvious stuff like that and call it racism. I just know if a couple at my job invited everyone to their wedding including an all Mexican janitorial staff and the only ones who didn't get invited look like me it'll make me go hmmm.

Oh please stop being a sourpuss. You mean because Obama didn't kiss your prime minister's ass he is being "punished" by not being invited? And seriously you shouldn't be talking about BP at all i don't know why Brits are personally offended that Obama went after BP hard. That bloody BP created an environmental hazard which will last a long time and not to forget the families which lost loved ones from the explosion. If an American oil company had done that in the UK the headlines would be screaming "BLOODY YANKS"

We have agreed on something more than once and as Men if we don't agree we make our points very forceful with the odd insult here and there but unlike women we don't hold onto past threads where we differed we let it go with no hard feelings.

As stated above ^ Sarkozy is not invited(neither is the Duchess of York, poor Fergie).

    From another UK paper:
    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/comment/...-will-be-positively-drenched-in-politics.html
Neither Tony Blair nor Gordon Brown get an invite either, this is a political statement, not a racist one.

A and F,I sincerely agree with you. The US does not get a Black President in a blue moon and this royal couple decided to snub him and his wife. The no invites of the French leader and others are not a good excuse. They should at least invite Michele Obama but, they did not. The media of the US are treating this event like a big deal bringing their reporters and Brit celebs in the mix. I hope Will and Kate do not set foot in the US until 2017.
