    Try walking fast in a 100 degree heat and see if it helps i don't think so. I see a lot of foreigners(MOSTLY WHITE PEOPLE) in my country walking at breakneck speed and they sweating like shit and i want to stop them and say hey this is Africa, walking that fast in this sun is inimical to your health.

    If I am walking to the closes pool or a/c, you better believe I will be walking fast or running!

    normally, it is not over 90 degrees over here.
