Nope, just collecting that check every month straight from his pay thx to the government. I can deal with it if I knew the child wasn't mines from the jump, but to be told it was and then find out it wasn't, that is beyond foul.

That's the thing no one in our family knows that answer at all. Even my uncle doesn't know because she claims to not know and thought he was the father, which is what she probably also told the courts in Texas. :)

She met my uncle in college at A&M University and they went out for a good while, even came to meet us here in New York.

Man based off of my two uncles I have learned to be weary of the kind of women you deal with.

It can make you paranoid bro. My other uncle, a retired Navy veteran, found this no good chick. She claimed she had a college degree and all that, behaved like a refined lady when they first met and he was in the Navy and traveling the world. He married her thinking she was quality.

After he left the Navy he got a job working with the Virginia Beach Sheriff's Office, bought a new house and moved her in and they have a kid, dude this woman flipped the script on him.

He found out she had no college degree as she claimed, she was loud and aggressive, lazy as fuck around the house, always starting arguments with him and just making his life a living nightmare.

In any arguments she always tells him, if he divorces her half of everything is hers.

Mind you she didn't have a pot to piss in when he met her, she was straight phony. Its gotten so bad that he says some days after work he just drives around and doesn't want to go home because he knows there will be an argument.

But he doesn't want to divorce because he will have to give her half of everything he worked his whole life for. He is the kind of dude that doesn't like to part with money. :)

Pretty much. Makes you wonder how often stuff like that happens. Could be quite a few dudes out there looking after kids that they think are theirs, when it isn't.

Yup! Some women are very deceptive. You got to look real hard because some women are masters at that.

Happened to one of my brothers. He knew the kid wasn't his but after him and the mom broke up he was still responsible for the kid since he was in his life for the first three years and girls wonder why men stay clear of girls with kids.

avoid them like the plague, my friend. When one comes to the table, the other person should have similar to the same things.

On the real, when you hear stories like that, you can't walk around like a naive simp.

When my uncle told us after work he goes into his car and turns it on and just sits in the parking lot of his job because he doesn't want to go home, a big ass house he bought, we burst out laughing.

Its got to be real bad to be doing that, but we know him, the fact that its his only child and he doesn't like to part with money is what is keeping him in a miserable marriage, he works in the Sheriff's Office and has had to call them on her for attacking him, because he knows if he does anything to her he loses his job.

Yep that's what usually gets you, the state will say you have formed a bond with the child and you are responsible for providing for it, no ifs, ands or buts about it.

what he can do is go to a spy shop and get devices that will catch her fucking around. I know the signs dog..been there. I just didnt think of this shit but some other dude made me hip to this shit. go to a spy store (they are everywhere) and get small cameras and GPS systems to find where she is going and what not. then you can get a PI to look at the shit then he can get PICS on her ass. (she is cheating trust me). go to atty and flip the script on her. he can get custody of kids alimomny and everything.

you have to apply the art of war on those hoes. Women get together and talk this shit and work it. men need to do the samething.

tell him to get her or his name off of everything to protect himself or/and movbe his money to offshore accts (talk to atty) then document everything she does.

Man facing trial on hacking charge defends reading wife's e-mails
    JURY TRIAL

Leon Walker, a Detroit, Michigan, computer technician, faces a jury trial in February for allegedly hacking into his then-wife's e-mail account.

"She'd asked me to read her e-mails before," Walker said in an interview this week. "She gave me the password before. She didn't hide it."

Walker says the e-mails revealed that Clara Walker, who has been married three times, was having an affair with her second husband.

Walker, the third husband, shared the documents with his wife's first husband, who then used them to file an emergency motion to obtain custody of his son with Clara Walker. Leon Walker said he and the first husband were both concerned because, according to Walker, husband No. 2 had a prior arrest on a domestic violence charge.

"He took action with the courts to have himself protected and I took action with the court to have my daughter protected," Walker said.

When Clara Walker learned how the e-mails made their way into court, she complained to police.

Oakland County, Michigan, Prosecutor Jessica Cooper used a state anti-hacking law to charge Leon Walker with a felony.

Cooper did not immediately respond to CNN calls for comment, but the Detroit Free Press published a voice-mail from her.

"The guy is a hacker," Cooper told the newspaper. "It was password protected, he had wonderful skills, and was highly trained. Then he downloaded them and used them in a very contentious way."

The Michigan statute forbids someone from accessing "a computer program, computer, computer system or computer network" to acquire property "without authorization."

New York criminal defense lawyer Paul Callan said all 50 U.S. states have such laws, but he called this "a highly unusual use of a criminal statute."

The laws are typically used to prosecute "some technological guy who's broken into a company's computer system and damaged it or stolen something," Callan said.

    Leon Walker's defense lawyer agreed.

"I find it so hard to believe that our legislature would enact a law and say 'You know what, if husbands and wives are reading each others' e-mail, that's a priority for us and we've got to stop that,'" attorney Leon Weiss said.

Walker said his decision to peek into his wife's e-mail account was like someone kicking in a door to save someone from a burning house.

"Do you kick the door open or do you let it burn?" Walker said. "I did what I felt was absolutely necessary."

Clara Walker responded in a written statement submitted by her attorney, saying "Leon is not the saint portrayed in the media."

"If you believe news reports you would think he was the faithful husband looking to protect my children. Nothing could be farther from the truth," she said.

The couple's divorce was finalized earlier this month.
