You keep believing that buddy. If you want to promote violence("had good hands'), then don't be surprise when those lessons are taught to the next generation.

I wasn't being high & mighty. I was just making an accurate observation. Why so sensitive? If you personally don't do that type of thing, and I acknowlege there are many young people today who don't do what I described, what's the problem with what I said?

Your previous post did not point this out but this kind of dump on my generation by some of the previous generations is absurd. Each generation learns from other generations. I just don't understand how people can go on about a generation generation after generation. You know the old saying "this generation is the worse" is said almost every generation but never does that generation take the time to think about where they learned it from.

OK??? I wasn't dumping on your generation. Just pointing out a difference. And violence has been and will always be apart of the world in some way or form as long as mankind walks the earth. Same as there will be discrimination and opression of some form. And yes all of it is learned.

The difference is not there. You have the same issues in your generation. Different generation, same b.s. It is a human issue not a generational one.

They caught the girls. One is fourteen. The other is eighteen.

Also, the head of the transgendered community is speaking out. At this rate, these girls will be charged with hate crimes from a sexual orientation and racial perspective.

See that is why I asked for the gender of the victim. There are so many sources stating that "she" is a man. The reason why those girls attacked him was due to him using the the women's bathroom. While I understand that few want the opposite gender in their bathroom, it shouldn't go as far as physical confrontation. If they some how try this hate crime under racial hate, then the girls will go scott free. They better think about how they presenting this case in court.

I never said anything about not having to deal with the same issues. Where's this coming from? All I pointed out was a difference in how young people today handle conflict than when I was coming up. Where's this whole topic of generational issues and violence coming from? :smt017

Yesterday, McDonalds's did a hiring Blitz for 50,000 employees

Make it 50,001. He needs to be Donald'd, stat. Even though he's going to hide behind the "not obligated to get involved" coward ass excuse, when the police arrived, he didn't hand over the recording - this punk uploaded it to his facebook and bragged about it. In this case, a felonious crime was committed and an employee withheld information leading to the arrest of violent offenders assualting a McDonald's patron. Yeah, "youre' fired"

I don't quite understand where the difference is from your generation and another generation. Both have individuals who are "conditioned to think that there must be a clear cut winner in a fight because they are scare to look weak in others eyes." Why did you point a difference between the generations when you do have people in your generation that are also "conditioned to think that there must be a clear cut winner in a fight because they are scare to look weak in others eyes"?

That's what I don't get. It seemed like you just singled out this generation to make a comment that is true in your generation as well. Any given generation has these types of individuals but to single out this one is what is odd.

Well from what I have read, she's post-op. Which means she is now considered a woman and can use the bathroom of the gender she is legal as.
The girls also clearly used racial insults in their attack. The victim said she got into an argument with them in the bathroom. What conversation preceded it? We will find out. Either way, they lose because both racial and gender/sexual orientation is covered under the hate-crime law. I doubt these girls will walk even if its under race.

Okay. I get what you're saying now. Again not dumpimg on your generation with this statement but the mindset I described seems to have become more prominent & accepted now due to society as a whole becoming more "self centered". And yes, I acknowledge this is because the previous generation has taught this mindset to this generation.

I'm not saying it is or isn't there but I didn't hear or recall racial comments. Also, they didn't attack the white lady who tried to stop the fight(at least, she looked white.) I have to admit even if post-op. a woman is a woman the day she is born and the same for men. I think the victim should have used the men's room but the law isn't exactly known for its ability to be logical.

i sooooo disagree with this statement. someone who is transgender cannot help they way that they are wired. it must be hell being born into a body that you just cannot feel comfortable in.

I really hope he get charged with accomplice to crime, and interference with justice for not handing over the vid and telling the two girls to flee. SMDH.

He also said the transgender woman faked the seizure it certainly don't look fake to me with the legs cramped up in fetal and other signs that tells me its more than likely real
