Are you completely taken aback by a Man that would turn down a late night booty call? I'll be quick in the explanation as to why I have come to this question being asked at this time.... Basically, I'm passed that whole idea when it comes to just sex. I don't just have sex anymore just to say I did. I'm not unattractive and I could get a lady to come home most any night of the week, or so I'm told anyway. I'll be the first to admit my skills at pulling a woman out of a bar for a one nighter aren't as good as some other dudes for the simple fact that it comes off kinda sleazy to me. Not that I haven't done it, but that was cool at 22, not so cool at 32. So to the booty calls (or just sexual advances in general), I still get them from exes or just hot women who want a new "experience". Sorry, NOT INTERESTED; and so I also have this "friend". A really good friend actually. She has gotten into that "pattern" of giving me a call whenever she gets an itch. I really don't like it because that has never been the way our friendship has functioned. Our personal situation is besides my current point though. I simply don't want to have sex without a full on relationship. That's where I'm at right now. I could, but I don't want to, and this seems to really PISS SOME WOMEN OFF! Like they can't take no for an answer or something. I know ladies are raised to believe their vagina is a gift from the gods, but come on!!! I have because I have been interested, but again, not for a booty call, but because I wanted to get to know him. If a guy pass on all the clear signs that I'm interested, I don't see it as a personal offence, If I'm not his type, then it doesn't matter what I do, I'm still not his type.. so why fret over it???
Well to clarify, a booty call can only happen if you knew the person in advance. Picking up a random in a bar or club OR just dropping signals to a man for the purpose of coitus is a completely different situation but still applies to the question I'm asking. The point of the whole thread... I shouldn't have made it a public poll. I just want to see how many women can admit that such an situation would piss them off to some extent. XBoxGirl stated that I didn't make it clear whether I caved to her advances or not. I must admit that I have been weak at some points, I will admit that. I have chosen to no longer to fall victim to her advances, however. Something larger may come of this relationship as of yet, I just don't know how to proceed from this point.
I was talking to a male friend not too long ago & asked him why men do & say some of the stupid shit they do when approaching women. He said it's typically because they've used the line before & it actually worked. Sadly, that means that there have been women stupid enough to fall for the stupid shit & it's their fault the rest of us have to deal with it, too.
