I'm curious, do you know if more than half the AA community lives in the ghetto or if Trey is represenative of the majority of BM? You're one of the smarter dudes on here so I thought you might have an idea.

I agree with your response, jaisee. This is the concept of Goodlove's argument in stating that there are a lot of BM here that bash BW and have self hate for themselves. A lot of people on here have been accused of not liking BW and/or their mothers by him and others. I'm trying not to make a post that he could use against me to say that I have hatred towards BW because I prefer WW.

 

Are you going to be around to respond to posts or will you simply sit back and 'watch' the show you've produced. If you are woman enough to reply to the answers you get, then perhaps some of the guy will dialogue with you because some kids actually do papers on race issues.

By the way, Goodlove, Trey is the only one on here who has clearly bashed and degraded black women. Not anyone else, although several other users did co-sign him on what he said, earlier in this thread. So perhaps your argument about BM on here having self-hate for themselves actually does have some truth to it. I disagree with you about the severity of the issue, you think it's a lot of BM on here that have the issue, I think it's only a few that have it.

My reason for liking WW is not motivated by resentment against BW, it's simply for compassion and increasing your horizon of meeting girls. (not limiting them to just BW)

The self-hate thing affects me personally, Tamstrong. At first, that's what my mom thought, that the attraction to white women represents self-hate for your skin. I don't think this is something that should be overlooked or ignored. I was just looking for information about it on here.

Another reason is that it could be brought up in a seminar or something (real world we're talking about), and if you have to speak up about it, you have to be prepared.

 

I don't have self-hate for myself, because I really do love the fact that I'm a BM. I wouldn't change my skin like Michael Jackson or other people would. The thing is, it's my family I'm talking to, not random people, and I don't want to appear rebellious against my family members. I still like and prefer WW, although I can't ignore my family's POV about it.

 

there is some truth to this tho. maybe someone posted it before, but in reality black men just aren't going to school like that. It's been stated everywhere that BW are more likely to go to college and graduate, than BM. YET..this same population contends that sistas aren't shit, stupid, loud, or whatever, even tho it's more likely that BM fit into these holes.

The one reason that alot of BM self hate/no self awareness is that they have been feminized. they have been raised by single parent homes dominated by bitter BW. so what BW do to these Bboys is tell em that their daddy aint shit and all BM men are dogs. in the meantime they are doing everything they can to run off the fathers from the kids. giving them all kinds of drama so they will not come back. Now these boys hear this shit and act like bafoons later on in life. sagging pants and what not. the Bgirls hear momma saying this shit and try to dominate the black men because they hear that BM aint shit. or I can do without a man. when they get old what happens ? then on top of that they dont know how to relate to a man. this kind of action by BW is nothing new. It was instituted heavily during slavery. they would beat and killed the BM in front of their wives and the women walk away thinking he can protect me so Im on my own. this kind of thinking by BW has been handed down to back stab BM.

that is why you see punk posting shit like BW loyalist. as oppose to what ? it is an insult to love BW and how is degrading WW if I love BW just like I love WW or AW and ect...

thus you have people that self hate their own race and wanna be different. again as I stated a million times....how can you love someone outside your race if can love the skin you are in. it is impossible.

Goodlove, I have created a thread recently titled "Male Feminity", and yet, the people that replied have disagreed with what that website was saying. They believe that women like guys who are masculine, not feminine.

My other question to you (which you haven't answered yet), is:

Do you think most of the people on here (men and women) have self-hate for themselves because they prefer someone outside of their race and have made some comments that you perceive as being negative about the opposite gender of their own race?

I know that, but the impossible thing is how to decipher, out of every interracial coupling, what the relationship is based on.

Is it based on genuine attraction, or resentment for your own skin? Are the majority of interracial relationships based on love or hatred for your own skin? Somebody needs to answer that question.
