TLC's Extreme Couponing Show features IR couple

Ok, I've seen the show - she's a bit nuts with her couponing! Her Black husband is very handsome and laid-back, but he isn't shown in the insane clip I show, although he is featured throughout the TLC show shown on Wednesday nights.

Scenario:
She decides to drag him along for a shopping trip for the show, and in one scene with his assistance, she buys 65 bottles of mustard and he tells her he hates mustard and to stop at 40. She doesn't.

In another, she wants 27 containers of yogurt, but they have only 17, so she sends him to the C/S desk to get a rain-check for the missing 10!
He eventually kisses her goodbye and leaves to go to his job.

To be fair, while obsessive and a tad bossy, Jaime does get her $1,200 bill down to like $100 in the clip. What husband wouldn't like that?

Wow I do good to make it over $100 a month. Though I guess i'm only shopping for me...but still even if I had a family of four I couldn't imagine over $1,200 a month.

 

Next season she will be on The Hoarders with her 65 bottles of mustard.

 

They are definitely methodical, organized hoarders. OCD on crack. Their homes look like mini supermarkets, all neatly shelved, alphabetized, floor to ceiling products of everything you can think of...the people featured are a strange bunch.

 

I watched that show. That woman was freakin' nuts. NUTS. I feel for her poor husband.

I thought most places would limit the amount you can get with coupons or state only "one coupon per person" for the same item.

 

No offense but I realized that black ladies are better with couponing.
