I don't get this... the competition....the dude is into whatever he is into...no competition can change that.. be it black, white, thick, thin, tall, short... It is futile and stupid. It so weird to me..... why do people waste energy on that stuff..... they cant change it. Like dirty looks are going to change anything???Thank god I live in LA where most people don't give a damn.

 

What you're saying makes sense about the competition that people are setting up. You're very fortunate to be living in a good area that's pretty conducive for IRs, but that's because of it's diversity and I'm pretty sure that California has a minority ethnic majority. Other states don't have ethnic majorities (mainly white) and I guess that's a reason why it's harder for interracial relationships in some US states to be accepted. Other states need to be more like California in the future so any kind of interracial relationship has more tolerance. My state is still currently majority white. (Just under 60%) From being here, I would say that racial tension is probably higher in Maryland than it is in California. Pennsylvania and West Virginia are other states near where I live which lack an ethnic majority from minorities, really it's very predominantly white and not a very good environment (currently) for IRs. New York and Virginia are better, however, in my opinion.

 

No doubt. I don't know why people view the opposite sex as some sort of scarce natural resources or something. The only woman's preference I'm worried about is the woman I'm after.
