A black family or an Interracial family?

What's up beautiful? The insurgency of stupidity is talking hold on this forum, it might be time to take a break or bounce.

 

Well, I always like to look at the intriguing side of things. Global warming is becoming a more serious issue. Most whites are not known for having much melanin in our skin. Those of us who don't have much melanin in our skin will be more prone to skin cancer as this global warming effect continues to progress in the coming decades. But when we have children from black men, the children will have a nice ample supply of melanin to protect them from the effects of global warming.

It's just a thought...a wild one but an interesting one nonetheless.:mrgreen:

Ok but it really isn't the child I'm talking but more the couple. The woman is still white.

 

No I'm not worried about the white race declining. I don't see it as good or bad thing. Well honestly I'd rather white not be the majority in the US. However I don't want any race obliterated.

I do not have a fear at all. I don't think whites having black features are throwbacks or a bad thing at all. But it will def change how people look at race. If whites couples are naturally having brown children you can't exactly classify them as solely black children and solely black families anymore.

 

But the thing is their talking like a white couple that adopts a black child would then be a black family. Like all you need is 1 black person in the family and suddenly is all black. I think that's crazy.

 

Right...all should be acknowledged...but maybe they don't have a better term for it yet. I say why label it a all. Can't we just call them a family and leave it at that? But in the world of color politics, here in America, things are not that simple.

 

I don't have alot of understanding of the word racialist. But I do think there is genetic differences among different races. But I don't think that is a significance difference. There is just small differences as to why people coming from different continents have differences in appearance. I believe that we all came from Africa and outside of Africa mutations took place to create new genetics like eye color for example. I don't think those differences mean squat really but none the less I think they are there and I find all our differences beautiful and wonderful thing. But I also find the intermixing of our differences equally as beautiful.

Exactly they are not. See I think there has to be a label. If the news articles would have just said family had a cross burned on their lawn the racism they faced wouldn't be there. But see I think there is a different motivation behind burning a cross on a black family's lawn and burning one on a interracial couples lawn. Both are disgusting none the less but IR couples undergo attacks even from people who wouldn't do such as that to a black couple. I strongly believe that this happened to the particular couple b/c someone didn't like seeing that black man with that white woman where women in this group were saying the only motivation was the man was black.

 

It's hard to say what the board will be like cause it's very unpredictable, but for your own piece of mind, it's best to take a break and come back whenever you want. If it's still full of BS, you sign off and wait and try again.

 

Well, if you feel that labels are a necessity, then don't get your feathers ruffled when you come across labels that aren't to your liking.

I don't think there needs to be alot of mixing for this happen among whites. But I'm not only talking about black mixing with white I'm also talk about asian, and hispanic mixing with white aswell. I do think atleast in the next 200 years you will see a white couples giving birth to children that have genetics more common of other races. If one of my children were to have children with a wp and so on and say my great great grandchildren ended up with what we classify in society today as a white phenotype (they be 1/16 black) and then they ended up with another person with a white phenotype say 1/8 or 1/16 black they have a chance at having a child with more melanin than the average wp. Then wp can have features like curly black hair and semi full lips and we would never think twice about it but you put those features on someone with the complexion that is a little darker people then contribute them as being black features where on a white phenotype nobody noticed them. I'm not saying this will be a widespread thing or anything. Sure that would take much longer. It's you never really hear of it happening now but I think there will be a few out there and that is all it would take for it to start changing perceptions.

Well mutations have took place since people left Africa and that is what I'm talking about. Ex. a gene has been found in wp that is partly responsible for skin color. Other races do not have this gene. I'm not talking about all races of the US mixing together creating non racial society. I'm simply stating just as bp having children that have the biracial phenotype that wp will also be doing the same thing. I used puertoricans just an example to say that it could happen. I didn't mean to apply that there would be no such thing as races in the US in 100 yrs. I most def think they will.

No. I've never heard of wp getting crosses burned on their yard unless they dating bp, have adopted black children, or is somehow helping the progression of bp.

In this case I don't think the cross would have been burned if he had a bw, and I don't think it would have been burned if she had a white husband. I think it was burned b/c they were both apart of the equation.

 

Well, that has been the case many(black men and their black wives) times before...there's nothing written in concrete that says it doesn't happen anymore.
