Members who go negative in rep pts.

    i need to be able to rep more than 3 people in a 24 hour period. i'm a rep whore

    there must be, because i'm able to rep people again

    This usergroup will be called "Restricted" and may also subject the member to post moderation.

    * Starting today this will happen automatically to members who go negative and have been registered for more than 30 days.
