well it's these things that should be hammered into every black person on this planet. these ppl don't help you, they used you. i wish ppl would read up on their history instead of watching the damn american idol or the damned youtube. most of that stuff is black ppl performing the fool and telling you to emulate their stupidity. i would suggest lots of reading of black authors and black historians which isn't covered by most european and caucausian history books. especially the women, if you read their struggles, you will learn that their experience is your experience. then i feel we can turn the page on all this bashing and see them in a new light: as sisters and brothers in the same fight.

with this new knowledge, we will have a new self confidence to see ourselves and the world in a new light. we will stop with the pants sagging, drug taking, abusive self hate. we will continue the struggle our forefathers and foremothers started.



and this is not a knock against ir dating. to the contrary. many of the greatest black leaders and pan-africanists had white significant others. to me, i would suggest as soon as you figure it out yourself, you should tell your partner. if anything they should know. to me its as part of you as your looks or sense of humor. it's directly because of your history you look the way you do and your experiences which are the accumulation of a unique history which makes you able to laugh about the small things. why give a part of you, when she deserves the whole thing. that's what a real commitment is.

and for you, white women, this relates to you. it relates to you in the sense of ppl struggling for justice. and as women, you have been treated like second class citizens, the same as blacks. maybe learning your man's history will inspire you to learn your own. because remember racism happened in north america, racism happened in europe and australia. guess what sexism happened in north america, sexism hapened in europe, sexism happened in australia.
