    I don't know why. I know that every other race is more open to interracial dating except black women and that is the confusing thing to figure out why that is.

    Ok then. Why is there a need for a double standard between black women and black men? Do BW expect to attract only BM and WM and force it on BM that it's wrong to date WW? There are only so many around in an increasingly diversified country. There's an explosion of Hispanics and Asians based on the 2010 caucus, and the racial dynamics in the country are changing.

    Don't you think there would still be resentment from some BW when they see a BM with a light skinned Hispanic or Asian girl?

    So if that was what people were bashing BW over, why did you feel a need to defend them and people similar to OpenHeart?

    You have to explain what the "catalyst" was for them to bash BW, not that they were just doing it. If you can do that, we can get somewhere.

    I was thinking the same thing.

    This thread is a trip. Obviously the OP has issues; I think prayer & counseling would do her some good. I want to thank Des, Mikey & Ra for speaking up on my behalf; it's much appreciated. After I read the original post the day it was posted, I didn't have the energy to even bother with it. I had a feeling we wouldn't hear much else, if anything, out of her anyway.
