WHAT?! Are you freaking kidding me?! There is no way in hell I'm like Nico! Don't compare me to him. What's your problem? I didn't do anything to you.
Planet Earth, last time I checked. That's what I heard it was called. Like I said, I'm not calling it black supremacy anymore if that's not the correct term.
It was a mistake for you to create this thread. You probably aren't like Nico at all, so don't worry about the people that are here trying to get to you. You have to be careful with what kinds of things you post on this site. Black Supremacy obviously isn't recommended to be posted on here. You also have to remember what the term means; it basically states that blacks are superior to all races. The definition of supremacy is that person A is so much better than person B. We don't believe that, and personally I don't believe that one race is superior to another race. People that think like this (ie, the racist white people for instance) think white women should only be attracted to white men and they should shun everyone else out. They also believe that minorities are inferior to themselves. No offense towards you, but next time, you need to think before you create threads and don't act too impulsively.
Just look at it like this, yes some Black people have racist ideas/thoughts etc. that are of a prejudiced and bigoted nature, but you need political and economic power to have supremacy of any kind. Therefore, yes, dude is a Black supremacist in his thinking and wanting to execute his agenda, but in America, you can't be a Black supremacist, more like a Black nationalist. It's a definite oxymoron.
That's not entirely true, while it's very unlikely for someone to be able to provide racial laws that are similar to the laws that black people had to go through in the 18-1900's, there are many black people with economic power now. While definitely not as much as their caucasian counterparts (which would be impossible anyway since we only make 12% of the population), there are many ceo's of businesses and organization that are black. And if these individuals believe in the execution of this agenda at their company, than yes, it would be black supremacy. A non business related situation where black supremacy would take place is the incident that happened not too long ago regarding the stepping competition. For those that doesn't know, there was this competition where an all white female stepping team won the competition, but many people were upset stating that white people shouldn't be allowed to win because it feels like they are "taking our sport" (which sounds eerily familiar to many of the statements caucasian people made to justify the inclusion of black people in regards to different genre's such as sports, music, art, and the like.) Now had the organization actually completely reversed their decision and gave the winner to one of the black team members, than that would've been a perfect example of black supremacy. What happened was that they split the title between the all black and all white team. So ultimately, black supremacy is definitely possible, just not on a full country wide scale like in the past for how white supremacy mangled the entire country.
You're not being fair Mikey. Why are you assuming this was some impulsive act on Prince's part? It seems to be something that bothers him & he feels strongly about. Granted the title of the thread ("supremacy" has an extremely different connotation than racism & bigotry) & the crazy extremist video weren't the best choices to represent black racism & bigotry, but that doesn't mean he was wrong to make a thread to discuss those things. After all, racists & bigots exist in every race of people, & I got the impression that is what he was referring to.
That's not what I meant. I wasn't saying that Black people don't have any economic power period, we're talking about as a whole in America. You're right, it's hard when the percentages aren't equal, so I'm trying to understand with your line of thinking, how can there be Black supremacy against White supremacy? We're using the word Supremacy here. I don't understand what you're getting at when you just stated that it isn't equal. I remember that story very well. I don't know, cause I understand both sides of the coin, but that's just me. I see how its along the same lines as White people and their racist thinking. Then I see Black people finally have something to call their own and how these White girls win something that's theirs. Right. I was speaking in totality, not in specific arenas.
Maybe you're right. Maybe creating this thread was a bad idea. Maybe I just worded it wrong. I don't know. I should have thought better before creating this thread. I know what you're talking about. I just wanted to discuss how white people are not the only racists out there, but also every culture have their own share prejudice views. More specfically black folks.
Well, you said what you thought was appropriate. Just remember that on here, you have some people who'll agree and disagree with you and some who just like to be an asshole for the sake of it. People get their rocks off more than just masturbating.
Thanks for the support, Tam. I just wanted to address the issue that there are racists and bigots in every race. Not just white. By definition term, there is no black supremacy, but that doesn't mean there are no black racists, bigots, and nationalists. I didn't make this thread to provoke anyone.
