Artificial 'Cloud' to be Used in World Cup

that's insane

 

when they said artifical cloud, I was expecting for it to look like a cloud and not a partial hovering dome. I guess saying cloud makes it seem cooler.
I always like to say I'll believe it when I see it.

 

I think this can also help with us adapting to the affects of climate change. Creating "Artificial Clouds" to cool the atmosphere is at least 1 positive step forward. More of these kinds of clouds should be developed in the future, in addition to getting the need for a new system of energy we rely off of.

 

i know it doesn't look like a cloud, but the engineering and creativity of it is awesome. having something like that hover overhead reminds me of the SHIELD helicarrier
