    lol

you remind me of a coworker. Her daughter had her first kid and now she's a grandma. She's so happy and always talks about watching the kid, and hangs photos of him up at work. Although, to be honest, 'im a grandmom' isnt exactly what you want to brag about in the company of young men. That gives me eerie images of an old lady knitting a quilt and talking about stewed prunes.

    :p

    anyway...congrats!

I hope & pray I don't become a grandmother any time soon. I told my son to give me at least another 10 years. lol

I hope the 10 years go very slowly. I don't know if I'll even be ready then. My son is the same age I was when I got knocked up with him, & I definitely don't want history to repeat itself. Just the thought of it nauseates me.

I never expected or wanted to be a grandmother at 44. But that is life. I was vigilant with my kids to wiat. My 24 year old will, the 19 year old did not. However, she adapting well to motherhood and is pursuting other things. I am very proud of her. And my granddaughter is a blessing :)

POJ- Thanks LOL, but this granma rides a motorcycle and has fun. I spoil the munchkin, give her back and don't do diapers. My boyfriend does though. One of the reasons, he is amazing. :)
