Chris Brown Melts Down After Tough ABC 'Good Morning America' Interview

Here we go again: The kinder, gentler Chris Brown hit a serious snag on his road to redemption today by reportedly flipping out on the set of Good Morning America. His fit of rage was allegedly set off by a series of questions regarding his physical altercation with Rihanna in 2009. Brown had an off-camera meltdown following his performance and interview with Robin Roberts, smashing a window in his dressing room with a chair and sending shattered glass falling onto the streets of Manhattan. Brown was also shouting so loudly backstage that he scared hair and makeup people and security had to be called..

Roberts first questioned Brown about a recent legal victory -- the restraining order that required him to stay away from Rihanna was softened -- but Brown attempted to bring the conversation back to his new album, F.A.M.E., which was released today. Roberts then used a query about the acronym behind F.A.M.E. -- Forgive All My Enemies -- as a launch pad for another Rihanna question. .

"Definitely this album is what I want people to talk about and not this stuff that happened two years ago," Brown reiterated, awkwardly but calmly. Roberts later said that everything she asked Brown on camera was pre-approved by the singer before the interview. .

"I'm so over people bringing this past s--- up!!! Yet we praise Charlie sheen and other celebs..." Brown tweeted.

In some sick way, Brown does make a strange point about the duality of celebrity: If it were Charlie Sheen that flipped out on Good Morning America and smashed windows, the public would react with a giggle and quip, "That's Sheen being Sheen. Duh, winning," whereas a Brown freak-out is viewed as a relapse after a year of anger management and a reinforcement that this guy doesn't have the mental fortitude to make it as a big-time star.

    I completely disagree.
    1. People can change they have to choose to. My dad hit my mom when I was younger and all took to end that shit was my big ass uncle and a .45
    2. I never believed that shit was what they said it was. She just looked worst. In those volatile type of relationships I never for a second believe the dude is the only one swinging.
Rhianna is a multi millionaire, if she wanted to leave she could have but she chose to stay so in my mind she wanted to stay.

Exactly! Its so fucking biased and racist. Tim Allen gets locked for drug dealin we never speak of it again. Martha Stuart gets locked up for insider trading(fyi that shit ruins lives) it never gets brought up again. That quarterback from the Patriots allegedly rapes a girl and that's barely spoken about but mothafukas can't wait to bring up shit when they talk about Vick or Brown.
For got about Robert Downy Jr, christian bale, and all the other drug addicts in hollywood who are just allowed to move on after they publically embarass themselves and go to rehab.

Ok I get where you're coming from now but I do believe people change and deserve second chances. And again Hollyweird is so forgiving with white entertainers but black ones never live that shit down.

He got two major meltdowns before that happened. He made the racist jewish comment and he was forgiven. Even though I think the last one was bs. She so set him up for that.

My point is, people keep bringing it up the same way they do with Chris Brown.

I think he made a very good point. It's not fair. They're all fucked up or have fucked up in some manner, yet WM getting more of a pass is sickening.
