    Agreed diet is the most important.

    If you are worried I would say diet and also kill the cardio, nothing fancy- run your guts out, row, whatever. Try to do at least 45 mins every day better for an hour.

    It doesn't have to be complicated.

    I like exercise because it's good for the brain as well. Work is so stressful I'd go literally mental without some outlet.

    I'm no svelte figure but I keep it at least under control to some extent with the exercise. It's not about getting rid of the curves, just looking after them!
