So we can blame the parents(who had nothing to do with it), but not the girl?

    Well this is logical.

    Question.

How many bad parents does it take to devoid a girl of all common sense?

...The girl, who police have not named, told investigators she was raped at the home on Nov. 28.

Indictments in the case say there also were attacks on Sept. 15 and Oct. 25. Each time, at least two individuals were allegedly involved.

The indictments say the girl was attacked by at least three people in November....

It's obvious her parents weren't doing their job. Yes, kids are sneaky & stupid, BUT it's obvious her parents were lazy about their responsibilities. It's a parent's job to keep their children safe & to raise them to make good decisions. There is NO 11 year old child mature enough to be left to their own devices. Kids that age aren't fully developed mentally to know what's best for them. People need to stop reacting like this little girl was a grown woman who had the sense to know she was putting herself in a potentially bad situation. The motherfuckers that raped her had no excuse whatsoever for what they did...
RAPE IS NEVER EXCUSABLE & NO ONE DESERVES TO BE RAPED!

All the assholes who are blaming the shit on this little girl wouldn't be doing it if she was their child. I pray their children never have to suffer through what this child has. It's hard-hearted, lowlife fools like these that fuck up the world & remind you that on so many levels that humankind isn't worth a fuck.

Yeah because if it was our child we'd be too emotionally evolved and blinded by our own hate.

Since I'm on the outside looking in I can see this with a clearhead and make rational decisions.

    Situation.

Your 11 year old is riding in the car while your sister is driving. She has a wreck and your 11 year old dies because she didn't have a seatbelt on.
You can scream, get mad at, and blame your sister all you want.
At the end of the day though part of the blame has to go on your own kid.

actually the driver has a responsibility to make sure everyone in the car is belted, especially the minors

Precisely, and thus we understand why he continues to make statements that make no sense. His analyses don't hold up to logical scrutiny.

And the 11 year old has the responsibility to put on her own seatbelt.

Oh wait let me guess, 11 year olds aren't mature and can't reason enough to know to put on their seatbelts?

Exactly whats wrong with this world.....no one wants to put responsibility in the right hands.

Who's responsibility is it then that she was raped? Being a survivor of rape and molestation as a child I can tell you that it is not her fault. It is no ones fault but the person/persons who raped her. It's not even her parents fault because my mom didn't even have a clue that it was going on...in my childlike mind I felt like I had to protect her from this awful thing that was happening to me. The blame belongs to the rapist. Especially these men, they are grown they knew what they were doing was wrong.
    IMHO

It is something I will never be 100% over....it really did affect me and affects the relationships I have today. I am 30 years old and still have nightmares of the attacks to this day. I hope that they get this little girl some help right away....I just feel so bad for her :( I know what its like..I have been there and was there for many years...it's just horrible

Like I've said before, partially the guys and partially hers.

If someone steals something out of your car, yes it's that persons fault. Also though, some of the blame goes to you for leaving the door unlocked.

Is the blame always shared? No.
This just happens to be one of those crimes and situations where both parties are partially to blame.

Leaving your car unlocked and the rape of an 11 year old child are two very different things. If you are old enough to drive a car then you are old enough to make a decision to lock it or not. This child is not to blame and it is because of people with those views that many victims are afraid to tell someone because they feel dirty and feel shame from it....that I know from my own personal experience. We as victims blame ourselves enough...we don't need society's help..

some people simply cannot understand until they've experienced it.

Thank you for your strength to share. Some people never mention what happened to them to anyone, and while it may be slightly easier on the internet it still is a difficult task to tell anyone about that sort of thing, ESPECIALLY someone who's running around crying that an 11 year old child is to blame for being gang raped by teenagers and adult men.

This was taken when the Olsen twins were TWELVE.

11 is a fucking child no matter what way sick people try to twist it.

No it isn't you fucking idiot. Your infantile understanding of the American legal system is embarrassing.

If someone takes your property without your permission, it's theft. Period, point blank with no equivocation. If someone forcibly uses your body for sexual gratification, it's rape.

Thank you for giving me another opportunity to shit all over your dumbass.

Actually i wud say society has to take some of the blame.. Why do so many boys turn into monsters, why do they think they are entitled to women bodies whenever and however they want?
