I wouldn't tell a man tell me what you really think and then get upset if he did, because that doesn't make any sense. DUH. But some women do it when what they are trying to say is, i'm feeling a bit insecure right now and need reassurance. Well, why not get that by doing something you are a good at. I'd rather someone be straight up honest with me so I can improve and wouldn't be offended even for a second, I can't stand bullshit.

 

Well who WOULD ask a guy how many women he has slept with.. seriously who are these people? If it seems like a lot, it's a lot! Heh. And if he is a good learner you are benefiting from the experience. I guess probably by the time he's your husband you might want a rough idea (if he even knows!) but other than that...

 

I had a woman ask me that, and then when I told her got noticeably nauseous. And the thing is she asked me repeatedly and I'd always deflect the question. And then one day she says "No serious, i just want to know...you can tell me the truth"

...and I told her...afterwards she asked me to leave.

My problem is I TRY to be has honest as I can be. Everyone lies, but I do try to be straight forward and to the point. Come what may. This turns people off.......... a lot.

Not all men who have slept with many women are players in that sense of the word, though they might be.

Sounds like she's one of those women who prefers to play "men by numbers"- check of every box on a list without actually checking what is in front of them.

People are entitled to their past, who gives two fucks really (unless he has slept with half your friends/town, that's a bit awkward). There's plenty of men who can do their business with honesty and tell the woman what their intentions are and be grown up enough to keep their business on lock so the whole world doesn't know about it.

 

I am in my mid thirties and i have been dealing with the opposite sex for 21 years and experience has taught me to be a bit prudent when it comes to certain information and if my memory serves me right i made a thread called are you trying to get inside my pants? and leksola you said i should have been coy not have said yes now you are saying men should tell women the whole truth? Complicated lot i say you feminine species are.
