Sorry I can't get on the women are victims in the work place bandwagon. Any situation where you're more coveted because of your gender not your performance takes away my empathy sorry. You claim sexual harassment I get fired I do it its laughable.

 

Men actually do that a lot now. My boss is currently on paternity leave because his wife just had a kid. 20 yrs ago that would have been laughable.

We are actually decades behind Europe in family/maternity leave. I have a friend in Switzerland who was able to take six months off....so was her husband.
