Neco, he's only a child...age 15...what he stoled amounted to less than $5. All of the police cars and the horrendous beating does not justify that. The crime he committed was not an act of violence. But the crime the cops committed was indeed criminal violence and they will most likely not ever spend a day in prison for it.
You ever read the Constitution, dumbass? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eighth_Amendment_to_the_United_States_Constitution
In some cultures he would've had his hand chopped off. If he only stole 5$ worth of stuff then why were there so many cops?
Move there then. We have a legal system. That means the police aren't the judge and jury. They don't dole out the punishment.
If that question is for me, I help families who have suffered under various forms of police abuse and racial discrimination for no charge, by preparing the paperwork necessary to get a lawsuit in place as soon as possible. You would be surprised to know that many people don't know where to go to get help when they have been wronged or worse yet, they have to be talked into wanting to do something about it. Right now I am currently working with a mother whose child was killed by a prominent citizen in a small town in Florida and then covered up. One of my clients is going to receive a 6 figure award next week as a result of racial discrimination on her job. This is but a small part, I know, but I have been doing it for 2 years. However, to stop this police brutality nationwide, is going to take more than working within the confines of the law. It's going to take boycotts of various kinds and a serious level of unity and sacrifice. It's not easy, but the line must be drawn when it comes to children.
EXACTLY!!! That's what I am talking about. That is the problem with cops. They are much like pit bulls. You run they chase. You react to the bites they attack you with and they bit more. When a cop is locked into a high adrenline mode during a chase many of them become intensely angered during the chase. Thus, when they catch up with the suspect, they are so angry that they totally lose control, Neco. Now couple that anger with hatred for a certain group of people and gross common police brutality is what you have. There is no excuse for grown men who suppose to uphold the law, to be behaving this way upon adults let alone children.:smt018
:smt023 reminds me of the girl that gets rough with the cop arresting her friend. She shoves him and he punches her square in the jaw of course, everyone rushed to her side and condemned the cop we must have people with serious criminal records on the forums, lol it's not my fault you can't buy a gun legally, and i still can
You're the idiot if you don't understand the constitutional provisions that protect all citizens under the rule of law. Christ, read a fucking book sometime.
Did I say I didn't understand or that I don't agree with them? Nope, I was just saying that I don't feel sorry for the kid. Learn reading comprehension before you worry about me.
You didn't have to say it dumbass, because it painfully obvious that your intellectual balls haven't dropped yet. Learn the Constitution before you speak on issues that pertain to lawful arrest, detention, or seizure in the United States.
No one asked your stupid meatheaded ass a goddamn thing. And what the fuck does your ability to purchase a firearm have to do with lawful detention or arrest?
That is where the problem lies, Nico. That's why this problem continues to be an issue. Not enough of US care. But oh how we love black men don't we?
newsflash hotshot bm arent exactly loved in America if I want love, i'll look in the mirror i won't go looking for it from some redneck
Husband is a cop I know very well how cops can get thier adrenlain pumping and then take it out on a suspect. High speed chases bring out the worse. Not all cops are bad, but some thing they are above the law themselves. It is too bad that a few bad ones destroy cops as a whole. We still need them however.
