Granted, I'm really trying to cut sugar down. I know how bad if you ate foods with too much sugar in it. I don't want to go down the very same road where my grandfather took many, many years ago. My grandmother tried her best, tried her the hardest to get him to listened that sugar's really bad for him. She tried to warned him that he will have diabetes somewhere down in the road. He was very stubborn and showed off. Look at what diabetes has got him. He was on death's door long time ago. Death was awaited on him. Thus, he passed away five years ago on September 11th, 2006. I know that it's really a bad luck to die that day. If you want to know how old he was? He was 70 years of age. Now, I'm trying my best to preventing that from happening the same thing to me down in the road. Sooo...what should I do about my life for once? Damn it, I really want to live longer to pass 70 years past! Actually, I want to live pass hundred years past! So, now I turn to you, it's my turn to ask you guys an important question: Will you do the same? Will you going to cut sugar down in your life?

Although is always a good idea to cut out sugar, for many reasons. Eating too much sugar does not give you diabetes. Thats a myth.
