miss fatty boom boom

    just got surgery cus of a sports injury, feeling fatter and fatter cus I am not allowed to work out.. not allowed to walk, I do ab exercises and u know upper body.. but still!?!

    any advise cus Im going crazy, not allowed to start training until Tuesday

    I assume that you are joking? If you aren't I would say to take it easy and chill out for the four days you will miss training. Your body isn't going to suffer from this short amount of time off. In fact, it might welcome it.

    Agree with swirl.

    Why risk overdoing over four days of missed workouts? You may hurt yourself and delay your recovery. Read and think happy thought. Get well soon. :)

    Nah Im not used to be missing out of cardio and i ahve already been still for two weeks.... two hours of yoga today and some core exarsizes


    ohh and yes I do see a bad trend in my body..

    Well, all I can add is what Jordan said as well. You could in fact end up with significantly more time off if you hurt yourself. People who are accustomed to pushing their body hard all the time, myself included, have to realize the potential downside. I have lived to regret it on many occasions when I made a small injury worse.

    I realize that everyone is different, including gender, but I have never noticed a real difference in my body from layoffs as long as a month, though that's only happened on a couple of occasions. As long as adjust my calories to my current level of activity I don't have a problem. You may feel that you have less tone but after a week back you will see that you were worried about nothing. At least that has been my experience.

    assume u might be right, still i get really frustrated watching my abs getting less 6-packish.. haha that was a great word I just made up I must say

    Eat 6 greasy fried eggs, 4 oily bacons, 5 croissants for breakfast
    Then go back to sleep till noon
    Have lunch @ 1pm- eat 3 double cheese burgers, 2 large fries & wash it down with large milk shake
    Go back to sleep
    Wake up @ 5pm
    and repeat lunch.
    Do this for 2 weeks you will be on top shape and might even out do Mrs. Klum, lol.

    I am! then when you done with dinner- eat a large box of Chocolate Cookies, and have 2 large bowl of Strawberry Ice cream while watching America's next Top Model starring your idol, lol

    haha u have no idea how much I have watched her lately... Not allowed to work atm either so it's ANTM all the way.. lol


    Im anti quality TV. if I want to use my brain I wud read a book instead

    Brain, what brain? I fry mine all day every day on Youtube, lol.

    Is she still being dramatic on her show?

    I don't know, I don't actually watch it with the sound on.. I take out the sound and just watch it in stead listening to some good music while doing crunches or something

    Hey, is the surgery from kickboxing injury? Are you trying to be the swedish version of Million dollar baby? lol
