Lol! Yea,I thought you were a guy at first. Remember when it was 4 of us in the chat,me,you, Archman and Brittney? I told Brittney to bring her lady friends orelse she'll have to take all 3. That should have been the time to tell me that you dont have one to give Brittney. Also, when I said "Lol",you said gangstas dont say "Lol",so I thought you were black lol.
People who eat shitty food know they're eating shitty food. Not a single person who eats bad regularly could honestly think they're eating right (accounting for a small margin of insanity or stupidity) infact most would argue they don't eat right because they don't have the time or fast food is cheaper so its not education people KNOW they're eating bad. And I don't know anyone who works out several times a week and doesn't lose weight. Those are exceptions not the rule my friend. Again I said working out with slow gradual nutrition program will do far than just educating people. When a trainer trains you then don't go over all the mechanics of your work out they just tell you what to do and you do it. I think a slow gradual program where you're told what to eat for one meal a day along with exercising three times a week then month two what to eat for two meals a day then working out four days a week then third month what to eat for three meals a day then exercise for five days a week. It has to be extremely slow and people need a lot of hand holding. Simply educating won't do anything. What stands between america and obesity isnt a matter of not knowing how to cook and what to cook its making good choices and moving your body.
haha a gangsta doesn't know how pokemons speak either... gotta step it up if u wanna remain as our criminality's leader
If you sit at home and watch Pokemon,Menace 2 Society and Passions of the Christ for a whole day, you'll be a true gangsta.
In your response you ignored my comment on those who don't eat fast food, and yet are overweight. You also ignored the fact that education is an essential part of addiction programs? I could go on and continue that those who don't achieve their goals in the gym are the vast majority, not the exception. I could argue that the vast majority of people don't have trainers, or that most trainers don't have sufficient nutritional knowledge, or that people won't just follow recommendations like robots, because, if they did, there would be less problems, they would just say no to fast foods. But, I can see that we differ in our opinions. So, I will agree to disagree and leave it others to find out what works for them.
Good post. You're right in realizing that you can't use a "mechanical" approach (same type of approach) for everyone to lose weight. It's always a little different for each person when they're trying to lose weight. To a degree, education relating to nutrition is essential, but I hope that people at least know what the basics are. (Ie, what carbohydrates are, protein, sodium, fat, etc), and how to read/interpret a nutrition facts label.
You got me there dude. Unless I bring someone with me to translate your language into English, I would give up half-way your sentence and just shoot myself and forfeit the debate.
Ebonics 101, You iz a fool- you are a fool He don't like dat- He does not like that Fo shizle minizle- I want a white broad to buff my nutts, lol.
Fair enough but help me out here. Do you think people don't know the food they're eating is bad for them or is it more likely they choose to eat junk? Everytime you Tarshi FG and others say education it enrages me because it suggests that people don't know junk food is bad for them and that fruits and vegetables are good for them when they do. As far as your point about overweight people who exercise and see no results that's an incredibly small population like less 3 percent they talked about that on dateline. And another thing that people on here talk about in extremes is weight. There's huge spectrum between not be able to stay under 200 in your 40s and people who are perpetually 80 lbs over weight. Even if they have a weight problem I'm sure a lot of them can stay around 30 lbs overweight.
