I tried cutting out meat from my diet

lasted about 4 days without it, lol.

He has some solid advice tho. Some is just a reminder of accepted practices, like staying away from preservatives and the such, while other tips might be new. He looked very good in his last outing (over the weekend), and was an NCAA wrestling captain that's no stranger to dieting and weight cutting for high-level competition.

I was an ovo lacto vegetarian for several years. I accomplished some of my heaviest lifts during that period.

Thanks, posted a diet similar to this a few months ago. I heard it works wonders but I couldn't last on a no meat diet. Veg's and fruits do not fill my stomach up like meat do.

Fitch is ALWAYS in shape. Hard to tell if this new diet is helping.

sorry but as a man it is important to get that stuff. You will pretty much have to get supplements for the zinc. Your testosterone will crash as well.:smt012
