    My feelings exactly.

That footage almost made me puke. It's like a friggin' nightmare. I couldn't even watch the whole thing. it reminded me of my son being mauled by a dog when he was eight years old, & I couldn't handle it.

Me and your son have something in common. We were both mauled by a dog. Only difference is I was an adult when that German shepard attacked me for no reason. I tried to put myself at fault becuase I owned the same type of dog in the 80s. NO... was not my fault. That dog was off the chain and off the hook with fury.

I confronted the family of the dog. They were so poor that I didnt press the issue but I did k__l that fucking dog. My son would walk down that same block and that was too much for me to ignore.

They accused me but no proof. I listened to their shit until one of them threatened me. Then Jay came out and I never heard from them or their friends again.

People will fuck with you until you show them that you are NOT the one to be fucked with.

Then suddenly they are offering you "milk" for example. I dont drink milk but I have accepted it as a gesture of peace many times.

Im so so so sorry about your son Tam!!! Really!!! That shit sucks!!

Thanks, Jay. It was a crazy ordeal.

The dog that attacked my son was a chow. It belonged to my mom's neighbor whose sons he played with. The kids were walking into the back door when the dog grabbed my son by his face & body slammed him; shaking him like a rag doll. His friend managed to get the dog to let go by hitting him, but he then latched onto my son's arm. He got loose again & the dog got him by his leg. His friend got the dog off him again & dragged him into the house. The mother dumped him at my mom's house with a towel over his face & took off. I was at work when it happened.

On the way to the hospital, my mom stopped by to pick me up (the place I worked was on the hospital route). I almost fainted when I saw him...his face looked like hamburger meat & I could see his teeth through the side of his face & his bottom lip was split wide open. Thank God he was in shock during the whole thing. The local hospital cleaned him up & shipped us to a children's hospital where an awesome plastic surgeon did his surgery. I was so afraid he'd be disfigured from it, but the scars he has don't leave any indication of just how severe the injuries were.

We had to sue the owners whose insurance was supposed to cover the expenses. The case dragged out 10 friggin' years before he got paid & imo, he got screwed over. Of course I know the length of time & the amount of the settlement was based on who we were. Otherwise the lawyer would've done the fucking job she was hired to do. I'd have been better off hiring one of those tv advertising shysters.

I'm just thankful he made it through without being disfigured or killed.

She was a beautiful dog. I've always liked German Shepherds. It's weird, ever since he was attacked, I'm super jumpy with certain dogs, but he seems to have little to no fear at all of them.

That is an awful story Tam. The woman who left your son is a despicable person, surely the universe could've found a better use for those atoms and molecules. What a waste.

And I want to how Jay k__led that dog.

I have no doubt that the whole thing will eventually bite her in the ass, if it hasn't already. What's crazy is after all these years, she & her husband (he's worse than she is) direct a lot of hostility at my son for, as the husband told him, "all the shit you put us through". It also pisses them off that their sons still choose to associate with him. My biggest frustration is there were a few more things the surgeon wanted to do that he specified needed to be done before my son started puberty, but the lawyer didn't do her damn job & it took too long. I couldn't even fire her without still having to pay her. Thankfully the issues were minor, but it pisses me off that nobody gave a damn about my son but me. I still think it was because of who we were.

I don't know what Jay did to that dog, but I know I'd like to have been the one who got to deal with the dog that attacked my baby. I'd have ripped the bastard apart with my bare hands.
