Right. The crazy part about the article is that it says whites have to encounter social pressures from other whites when in fact the same thing is true for blacks engaging in interracial relationships. We are out casted from our social groups (especially out casted from the esteem of black women) the same way that whites are. I like all women. I like white women and have expressed that to the people I know. I like black women too, but to have a group of people tell me that it should be a priority for me to exclusively date a certain race of women is completely ludicrous. As far as the president goes, the issue of his legitimacy has to do with America's hierarchy and power structure. Power hungry, wealthy, and racist white men are mentally bruised by Obama being elected. This disdain for the president is being expressed through the politics (or lack thereof) that are being worked through the House of Representatives right now.
I'm not stirring up shit. How come when whites refuse to date outside their race, they are racist, but when blacks don't date outside it's "black love"? I mean really it's down to individual preference who dates who. The true implication of Barack's presidency is that a lot of whites put him in, therefore we as black folks have to re-examine our relationships with good white people and not make absolutely everything be about race.
You are absolutely right. The versatile, enlightened, concerned, educated, and good hearted whites were the main ones that helped the president ascend to power. But we cannot forget that there is an element of racism that still exist. It's not just a black and white thing because every race has a class of members who exercise bigotry and ignorance. And we also cannot forget the whites (and blacks) that do not want him in power, you know, the ones that follow the Hannity's and Limbaugh's of the world. Racism still exist. I'm not saying that we as a people have to constantly acknowledge it, but I am saying that we have to be cognizant of it. The same principle applies when dealing with jealous people. You may know that they are jealous but you don't acknowledge it. Having knowledge of their jealousy makes it easier for you to deal with them accordingly.

Black, check; good looking, humm, better than average; High achieving, check; engineer, check; lawyer, check; very fit, check; second language, check; A+++ credit, check; history with finding a WW partner, not... Well, good, bad or indifferent, I think that reality bears out the fact that WW are more in demand, because they are white. I don't know if I agree with the fact that they take better care of themselves considering that two thirds of Americans are severely overweight. IMO open mindedness is a trait found in women of all races, not just white women. I may be wrong but I believe that it's very difficult to find someone with whom you can sustain a long term relationship, regardless of race. More than chemistry I believe it requires that you share the same ethics, goals, activities and more. But, maybe that's why I'm single...
I lived most of my life in the mid west, Michigan and Illinois. I even lived in Europe for a couple of years. I've only been in TN. for less than a year. So, that's not the problem. Besides, in this age of fast planes and technology, no place is very far away.

Nah kid I don't. Like I was trying to point out it's more about lifestyle and attitude and the people who seem to live a more care free easy going healthy lifestyle are normally white women opposed to everyone else. I go to the gym there's maybe a few women of different ethnicities there but its about 90 percent ww. I got to Yoga all ww except for maybe 2 women who are Asian. Even Krav Maga which is mostly men has a few women and they're white. Like I said race is irrelevant it's just lifestyle and the thing women fail to realize we men gravitate towards women who won't stress out. It's very simple.
