According to a study, young brothas are very open to dating women of all races/nationalities...but, whites don't do likewise. Congrats, bruhs.

"Young, black men, on the other hand, were most likely to throw themselves wide-open into the romantic fray, and were willing to date all races, according to researchers from the University of California, Berkeley".

For the average white person, he says, there is no advantage to becoming involved with a black person, and there are disadvantages. “You will have trouble with family, with friends, and every time you go to a restaurant people will be looking at you. So you think, Why bother?” says Mendelsohn.

“Segregation, it seems, is sort of built into the social scene for the time being.”

Wow, what a great cutting edge scientific discovery coming out of Cal, tell me something I dont already know

 

Young black men have to understand that most young white women on the non-interracial sites are looking to date and marry young white men to settle down and have kids. If you have to date white women you go after the divorced, never married, widowed or done with having kids "mature" white women otherwise they need to go on interracial sites.

According to the Berkeley study, whites don't date Blacks because there's no upside for them -- only disadvantages.

The study also finds that Blacks date whites because whites dominate everything...and Blacks are trying to assimilate. Maybe, get a piece of the pie would characterize it better.

Again, I dont need Cal to do research for me to understand how America works.

Put my tax dollars in valuable research- in things that prevent dementia, cancer, diabetes. I dont want shitty research like this funded by tax payers.

 

Like I said before find me a high achieving bm who can't have the woman of his choice and I'll show you someone who isn't trying. Btw my last gf who was white and pretty and young I met from okcupid. So apparently the study isn't absolute. I'm sure its more difficult but I welcome that difficulty with open arms because it forces me to be better than I am. Well...I, for one, want research into the human psyche. This needs to be done. We must understand things if we are going to change things.

BTW, don't lump disease research with socialogical research -- both are desperately needed.

Generally speaking, I think thats more applicable to women. Women of any race by and large date strategically. Its just so happens that white women are more in demand, thus having more options.

Men period, date whomever theyre attracted to or whomever society deems as attractive. We then fill in the other important details thereafter.

The problem with these studies are, theyre ALWAYS going to air on the side of political correctness and not get to the meat of the matter.

 

This was already debunked. They are sampling data from one particular dating site, and screening mainly older, politically conservative white women. Then they tried to write it in a way that made it seem as if this occurs on a nationwide basis, but it doesn't. It's just within the 5 million people in the United States or who registered on the dating site. The country's population is hovering around 310 million people now.

How do you know that the WW are older, and politically conservative??? There's no evidence of that in this study.

Obviously, in certain areas of the country, whites will be much more open to interracial dating (eg Minneapolis, Seattle, Denver).

I disagree with the idea that ww are more in demand just because they're white. Truthfully on average they just take better care of themselves. They're in better shape and usually have far more open minded personalities. And I think there's something to be said about the bm approaching them. I want to see if their profiles are on point and if they're approaching them correctly and what they do for a living.

 

Yes...there's a lot of variables/factors that we don't know about in this study.

It's mainly sampling older aged white women on only one or a few dating websites. Based on the political elections, older white voters tend to vote Republican and are more conservative compared to the voting patterns of other people in the country.

 

I'm just over the idea that people are that cold and calculated and I see a lot of ww dating bm they just happen to be very high achieving. In order to catch the eye of a decent ww you have to be above par.
