One of the common traits of passive–aggressive behavior is victimization. Woe is you. Because all your posts are flowers and butterflies. Hey flat ass (how's that for hostility), enjoy...! ---> http://www.whitewomenblackmen.com/forum/showthread.php?t=16721 :smt110
Please know that I'm not asking for you to feel sorry for me. I'm asking you to stop the hostility. You don't have to like me...just stop the drama...okay??? BTW...I didn't click your link. Whatever, it's about I decided to let you enjoy it alone.
lol...I used to wish I was white only when my parents were beating my ass because I thought white people never got whoopings.
every person should consider the other race of any race for that matter they are beautiful. No one race has beauty cornered hey brittany, you would be really shocked at how people in this forum call you suspect if you dont degrade bw. look at the following threads: hottest bw thread Halle Berry claims ex called her the N word thread something is wrong thread karma and smooth and you will eventually see hatred toward BW. If you think BW are beautiful they will call you ignorant and a black loyalist....just go see. there are just a handful of those people.
I'm loving you for that Brit, I've been trying to say that for the last 6 months but they don't listen no one, LOL :smt045
People are lazy ass fuck and want to make bullshit excuses and our bad food is very addictive so it makes it hard(not impossible) to eat other foods. I like what Ymra said about extremes especially on this site. Wome on here make it seem as though the only weights that exist are either 100lbs or over 200lbs and if you're under 100 you have an eating disorder but if you're over 200 you're healthy and confident. The average woman in this country is 5'4 and the average weight for that height is 125 allowing five lbs for every inch above or below that. I wish people would just STOP LYING. If you're happy being fat then say you're happy being fat there's no shame in it but stop pretending its ok (excluding the 2% with health problems).
Mr. F. I wish what you'd written was true (you've described someone with a healthy BMI at 5'4" and 125lbs) because then the American health care costs would likely be waaaay down from where it is today. Here are some stats from the NIH which demonstrate that over 2/3 of Americans are overweight or obese which means the average American woman is not at an ideal (health-wise) BMI. (I've copied and pasted the relevant section). (website: http://www.win.niddk.nih.gov/statistics/index.htm#overweight) Q: How many adults age 20 and older are overweight or obese (Body Mass Index, or BMI, > 25)? A: Over two-thirds of U.S. adults are overweight or obese.[4] All adults: 68 percent Women: 64.1 percent Men: 72.3 percent Q: How many adults age 20 and older are obese (BMI > 30)? A: Over one-third of U.S. adults are obese.[4] All adults: 33.8 percent Women: 35.5 percent Men: 32.2 percent Q: How many adults age 20 and older are extremely obese (BMI > 40)? A: A small percentage of U.S. adults are extremely obese.[4] All adults: 5.7 percent Q: How many adults age 20 and older are at a healthy weight (BMI > 18.5 to < 25)? A: Less than one-third of U.S. adults are at a healthy weight. All adults: 31.6 percent Women: 36.5 percent Men: 26.6 percent
My bad Athena. Point well made. I don't get why so many people support this unhealthy shit and then have the nerve to call someone shallow when they bring it up.
I didn't post to disagree with your thoughts Mr. F. I just want folks to realize the breadth of this "epidemic". I, like you, wish everyone was healthy (incl myself of course!) .
According to some of the geniuses on this forum big is beautiful and healthy. I'm with you I definitely on my health grind. I want to LIVE.
Not to disagree with some of your valid points, but BMI is just a number. I have stated the same thing in national conference. I look at BMI as another piece of information & use it as a reference point but I dont make my decision soley based on that number. I look at that person as individual, what are their risk factors-social-drinking/tobacco, genetic predisposition, past medical history, what are their habits-healthy eating big bone person or a fat slob inhaling three double cheese burgers in a second. If you look at some of the most athletic and fittest NBA or NFL players they might have a BMI way above 25 or close to 30. What is that mean? really nothing. Having said that Americans are the fattest and lazy fuckers I have ever seen, land of abundance, lol.
I have heard that some over-wieght people are just as healthy as the socalled thin people. thin doesnt mean you are healthy. When I was in the military there was one dude who was a boxer. he was a huge dude meaning he was about 5'9 and close to 240 (at least had to be) they were always threatening to throw him out due to his weight but despite getting the best PT (physical training) score. The PT score means you have to do a min amout of pushups , sit ups and a low 2 mile timed run
