The system of racial oppression in this country was perpetrated by both White men and White women, it wouldn't have been as successful and lasted as long as it did otherwise. Look at any pics of lynching parties back in the 1920s and 1930s and you will see BOTH White men and White women skinning and grinning at the dead Black body hanging from the tree.

BW and WW were never counterparts just like WM and BM were never counterparts. One was the oppressor and the other was the oppressed, thanks to the racial atmosphere of this country.

Black people have been dating/marrying interracially since we arrived on these shores.

Then why is it a huge issue when bm do it.

I was responding to the bigot who tried to make it seem as though IR was a new thing and one sided. Even another poster upthread mentioned that many prominent Civil Rights leaders dated and courted WW and Maya Angelou is from that generation so they both were crossing the racial line.

I just read that article, while I agree that there are some racist Asians, most are cool. People of color (Asians, Hispanics, etc.) have more in common than people realize and most get along. There are always bad apples that want to spoil the bunch though.

Only bigots make a big deal out of IR when BM do it.

Man, I swear, you have the filthiest mouth I have ever "heard" online. In a span of ten minutes or so, you have managed to spew all sorts of obscenities. A filthy mouth is never a good look on a woman or a man.

Why am I troll? I am definitely not a coward. Those cities are predominately Black and have a high crime rate. That is just the truth. If you can refute that then go right ahead.

I think it becomes a problem when bw do the same thing or support other bw doing it but condemn bm and ww. Its textbook hypocrisy

The crimes rates aren't high because the cities are Black.

If you can refute that..go right ahead.

While you're at it..explain why crime is through the roof in Russia and Mexico...

I agree. I think it's an American thing though. My mother is from Jamaica and my Jamaican side of the family aren't as uptight about IR as my American side. Chinese aka "cooley" and Black couples are common down there and in my family.
