if you read clearly it was the blacks giving him a hard time. with that in mind blacks have a color struck mentality. the lighter you are the better. it has been that way for years. the closer you are to white the black would state you are better than the other blacks. If you choose not to believe it so then so be it. But I know what I grew up around and I'm surrounded by. I know my own people.

No one is disputing that but that don't mean their not opening the door quicker to someone who is light skin. How is it not obvious. Just look around. Do you know why the made laws against interracial marriage? B/C the white indentured servants and the black slaves were coming together. Having children together and they started trying to uprise against the slave owner. They had to be separated from one another to keep control. The created the same mess to separate light skin from dark skin.

Yeah I grew up and was surrounded by your people and believe me I know them to and from everything I've experienced and have seen on white people as a whole those of you who fear blacks won't stop fearing blacks just because you find out they have white family.
And truthfully "my white family" doesn't sound like the speech of a well educated man.
I'm jamaican and I could never imagine myself saying "my jamaican family" to make a point to a bunch of jamaicans. There would be subtle hints but not that. I could be wrong but I don't get the stragety.
