Sadly, the complaints should've been about how lousy the movie was. To me this commercial doesn't make black women look bad. She was doing what any woman would do if her man was checking out some other woman right in front of her. I'd have been trying to knock him upside his head with that soda, too. It's not like they portrayed her getting satisfaction out of knocking the hell out of some white woman; it was just the opposite. Like I said, it wasn't that deep.
I liked the Dorito commercial that came on right before the Pepsi one. It was even more hilarious. I love Super Bowl commercials.
However, one thing I'd like to address is that ever since that incident, Eddie Murphy really haven't been himself. I think doing Norbit was trying to bridge is old comic genius with his new persona.
I don't think Eddie's been at his best either, & it's a shame because he's got so much talent. Norbit was definitely a failure.
lol trust me, people with a "special" mindset will see things there, like that car ad at xmas with the bm and ww in, someone said its "psychological warfare" anything with a bm and ww in on tv is some sort of conspiracy or promoter to some people
Yeah, there are retarded, inbred folks who'll see it as something serious rather than just laughing at it like they should.
