Halle Berry Will Fight Baby Daddy in Court

Halle Berry is at legal war with baby daddy Gabriel Aubry ... and she's going to court to protect 2-year-old Nahla.

Halle's rep tells TMZ, "Halle has serious concerns for her daughter's well-being while in the care of her father for any extended period of time and is prepared to take all necessary steps to protect her."

According to the rep, Halle will go to court and has canceled an upcoming film production in New York this week to handle the matter.

Halle Berry claims her baby daddy Gabriel Aubry is a crazed, jealous man who put their child at risk, while he claims she's the jealous one who flies into rages and is a no-show in the baby's life ... sources tell TMZ.

Halle and Gabriel are locked in what has turned into an epic custody war. Sources tell us ... while Gabriel was dating someone last year ... he claims Halle would call, screaming and swearing at him in a jealous rage.

Gabriel is claiming ... when he went to London and South Africa with Halle and Nahla last August when she was shooting a movie, Halle would sometimes not return for days, when she was supposed to care for the toddler.

Gabriel also claims Halle cares more about dating than parenting.

But our sources say Halle says it's the opposite -- that Gabriel is petty, jealous and irresponsible. But the most serious allegation ... we're told Halle believes Gabriel put Nahla in immediate harm's way by being inattentive while the child was in his care.

 

So much for sistas being happier with white men.

One thing I can say about this woman is she knows how to work a red carpet, her dresses are always on point. Every breakup it's always the dude that was the problem, now this dude is crazed and jealous.

 

Funny, when she's dating BM the haters (the unattractive sistagals) wanna say she's just a light-skinned bitch or she's not really black. When she's with the WM, all of a sudden she's a beautiful BW.

 

Halle Berry is a tragic mulatto syndrome which a person born of two races usually black and white that has the best of both world and the worst of both worlds.

In my opinion, if Halle dated a dark skinned black man and embrace her black birth right maybe she wouldn't be so "bat-sh•tty" crazy.

Basically she is jealous because her baby daddy has moved on and found a new woman. This is her way of getting back at him.

 

I don't think he did anything wrong here to be fair, she was the one going around grabbing other guy's bits on television, and all this how he's jealous and angry really doesn't have any evidence.

She already did. Several times. If you're crazy, it doesn't matter what race of man you date, you're still gonna be crazy.

I feel sorry for the little girl in all of this. In my opinion parents should do whatever it takes for the kids to be happy when they split up

 

Yes. They should put their daugheter first no matter what. Having said that Halle does seem to move on quickly. I have seen pics of her with several different guys and she always seems to have romantic photo ops out there right away. This with her current, Oliver Martinez. Maybe it's all media spotlight attention whoring that celebs do for publicity and not really more.
