Bananas? Do you know we share 50% of our DNA with bananas? http://www.thingsyoudontneedtoknow.com/dnabananas.html
It just comes to show you how precise dna has to be. As they said in a movie, It is that small amount of genome that is the difference between albert einstien and a chimp. With the smallest amount of change, it could literally mean the end of your life. To make it even funnier, it is simply sugar and a bunch of other molecules. Yes, you read that right sugar! It is simply nothing short of a miracle that the sugar and the rest of the dna was able to combine in the right way to give life.
I see you've eliminated your posts on here, knowingly that I'd respond to your typical "rebuttals". I don't need to know about your personal life, but I definitely know a fundie and that's more than enough for me to reply to your posts. And quite honestly, if you sincerely believe that you can contribute to something intelligent as a representative of Creationist dogma, then please do. All you people are doing is de-valuing what progress scientists have made over the past hundreds of years with your feeble thoughts.
"You people" huh? That's interesting. It's obvious you worked for a while on what you wanted to say in your response, but I'm going to make this short. Like I said, young man, there's no point in bothering because it's like I told you before, some of you act like you know everything already, so your mind is closed to learning. Stop making assumptions about what I know or believe, because you don't have a clue. The Bible & science are NOT exclusive of one another & I never claimed they were. There's also no point in your pissy attitude. I don't know what's up with you & your moodiness lately.
Let's make a few things clear: A. I'm not the one with the pissant attitude. It actually you. Ever since I posted that image on here, you suddenly felt as though I was the worst person on the planet. You're the one with an overly sensitive attitude whenever people bring up anything that conflicts with your personal beliefs. It was never aimed at you, nor for you or anyone on here. But you took it too personal. B. You claim I don't know what you believe? I think it's evident on where you stand on much of this. Science benefits you when you need it the most, but when it comes to discussions involving evolution or anything putting your faith aside, it suddenly is ignored. C. If I want to know or learn something, I'd prefer to get it through the very individuals who actually take the time to utilize the method of presenting evidence. Where it doesn't require a philosophical argument, rather something that's testable.
Seriously? Hello Pot.. C'mon BBW man, normally you're mad cool, but do as you say. And it was posted just yesterday http://www.whitewomenblackmen.com/forum/showthread.php?t=16667&page=6
Cosign. Christians are usually the least likely to practice tolerance and open mindedness but expect it of others.
Hey the muslims are upfront about their intolerance Americans are the ones dumb enough to think they want to be tolerant. They are very devout. Christians, at least, in this country are mostly full of shit. They only follow the parts of the bible that they want to and then have the nerve to judge others. Most Christians in this country have premarital sex, most drink alcohol and watch things of a sexual nature, most condone killing as long as its someone they agree should be killed even though the bible says thou shall not kill. At least muslims are consistants.
lol they're saying the evolution of blacks, can be summed up with one tiny gif damn tho...who really visits a hate site like that, and does it on a consistent basis? mothafuckas need to get a job or play a sport or pay some bills or something
Talk about drama. Another science vs religion debate. Honestly, I believe in evolution. I personally don't believe in creationism and intelligent design. I believe in evolution because it is the most logical and that there is actual scientific evidence to back it up. But that's just me. I see that there is some people here that do believe in evolution and some that don't. For the people that don't, fine. That's fair enough. I personally don't see why you don't believe in it, but okay. Even though I often critique religion, I'm not the kind of person that forces my beliefs(or disbeliefs) on other people. I would find it to be very hypocritical if I did because I wouldn't want that to be done to me. I wish more christians were more tolerant towards us. With that said, I definitely agree with the posters on this thread that supports evolution. :smt023 BTW, the walking gorilla is awesome as hell.
Many people don't understand evolution. Anyway, here's a bit of "light" reading for you all.
