For brekky I had Weet-Bix with yoghurt and fruit. The Aussies will know what these are They are just 'wheat biscuits' with nothing else in them..healthy-type cereal.. Lunch I was STARVING after the gym. I made a ham, boiled egg, rocket and baby spinach, sun dried tomato and pine nut sandwich with wholegrain bread. YUM. And a skim latte. Din dins I had veal escalope with a rocket, baby spinach, olive, fennel and red onion salad.
Everything sounds wonderful & healthy...a lot healthier than the leftover birthday cake I had for breakfast.
